Rock the Beat (Zoey) (OPEN)

[Salvador Mora]

Amazing how hard it could be sometimes to find something to do, even in the City that Never Sleeps. Even if there'd been a Worm attack only a few days ago, he hadn't been in town for that. So now he was looking for something to do, wandering the dark streets of New York while he thought about his experiences of late. He'd met two other Kamen Riders in as many weeks. One wanted him dead, an the other was a rather nice girl.

He really hoped "nice" was the norm. He wasn't sure how many superpowered battles nearly to the death with other Kamen Riders he could handle.

The streets aren't exactly the safest in the world, yet serenity seems to be the order of the moment. The only sign of other life on the small side-street is a young woman turning into the fairway ahead. Carrying several bags of groceries and a large gym bag thrown over her shoulder, it was a wonder that she still managed to not pay much attention to where she's going. Though... the fancy headphones around her ears with dance music playing helps.

Salvador glanced up at movement, hmming softly. Some girl heading home with groceries. Maybe he was just getting paranoid, expecting some kind of monster to pop out.

[shambles]

Not for the moment, no... but the girl seems to -really- not be paying attention to where she's going, as she's walking right towards him...

Salvador blinked a little, and moved to step aside, slipping his hands into his pockets. He'd rather not get ran over, though he did whistle to get the girl's attention.

[shambles]

"Huh-" That seemed to snap her to attention just enough to not notice the hunk of asphalt she trips on. She hollers, falling over as groceries and fresh produce alike fall victim to the streets.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I didn't look where I was going..." She quickly pulls the headphones down around her neck, not paying attention to the man as she scrambles to scavenge what she can of her food.

[Salvador Mora]

Salvador shakes his head, kneeling to help her collect her food. "Relax, happens to the best of us. Y'alright? That looked like a rough spill."

[shambles]

She looks up, giving him a warm smile. "Yeah, yeah, I'm fine. A scrapped knee isn't gonna kill me. I'm Zoey, by the way."

[Salvador Mora]

Salvador smiles back slightly. "Salvador." The man stands, dusting his legs off. Well, long as you're okay, I should prolly get going."

[shambles]

"Yeah..." She stands up, picking up the single bag of saved food. "Thanks again by the wa-" A scream cuts her sentence short in the distance.

"Did you hear that?" Already though, she was setting the bags down on the ground.

Salvador nods. "Sure did." He mutters, already breaking into a run towards where the scream came from.

Zoey's hot on his heels a moment later. As they turn the corner, they can spot at least five large green bug creatures closing in on a couple in the distant.

"And I thought tonight was gonna be boring..." She smirks, raising a hand and pulling her headphones off. "You might want to stand back, chico. Things are about to get real messy."

[Salvador Mora]

Salvador glances at the girl, hiking an eyebrow. "You don't say." He then holds his fists out to either side of his body. "Power up! KO-Driver!" On command, his trusty red belt forms, as he brings his fists together in front of him, energy crackling around them.

Then, with a sequence of quick punches, he uppercuts the air, transforming into Kamen Rider KnockOut.

"Cute, and a Rider? I like you already!" She smirks, and yells as she moves the headphones behind her. "Turn it up! Rave on!" And with a dazzling display of lasers, Zoey too transforms, becoming Kamen Rider RAVE.

Salvador shakes his head, chuckling before he charges the Worms, one nearest him turning just in time to take an uppercut to the "chin", and send it reeling.
