The Tengu parries the horn with its beat, but still lets out a shriek of pain as the horn leaves a gash across its "nose". "You little! You hurt my beautiful nose!" The Tenhu hissed, lashing out with several slashes at Pegasus, before whirling to deflect a blow from Artifice, who'd positioned himself on the other side of the Phantom.
"Thinking that the two of you can defeat a Tengu at swordfighting!? HA! Bring it on!"

Ryoga parried the first few hits, but got hit by the last flurry, causing him to stumble back. "Damned bird thing bastard!" Ryoga hissed, slashing his sword at nothing. "You can't beat a Pegasus and not being dead!" Ryoga declared, slashing at the Tengu's nose as he proclaimed: "Pegasus Art: Hanagari!"

The Tengu's eyes widen, and it stumbles back, managing to block Artifice's attacks, and narrowly avoid losing its nose as it kicks out at Ryoga, before loosing bladed feathers like missiles at Artifice, sending the other Rider reeling.

Ryoga, without skipping a beat, clenched Gallatin and swung down at the Phantom's soon to be phantom limb, aiming to slice his leg off. "If you can hold him down for a minute, I'll absorb all of his mana!" Ryoga exclaimed as he did so.

"Hold him dow-" Artifice nodded, as the Phantom wound up losing that leg, stumbling, and starting to take to the air.
"Cerberus, Assemble!" Out of a black portal, a large, three-headed dog PlaWeapon quickly assembled itself, and leaped, taking hold of the Phantom, and dragging it back to the floor with a growl.

Ryoga swiftly put on and activate another ring. "Absorb! Let's be together forever!" the Pegasus Driver declared as Pegasus Cross's magic seal appeared on Ryoga's hand. With a mighty shout, Ryoga jumped for the Tengu Phantom, trying to put his hand on its face so he could give its mana to his own Phantom.

The Phantom tried to move, but Cerberus was proving effective at holding it down as Ryoga got a hold of its face. Immediately, strength was leaving its body as Artifice looked away. He didn't like Phantoms, but this was a brutal way to go.

"Feed Pegasus Cross, your death shall not be in vain. You've just extended my life!" Ryoga declared, sucking away at the Phantom's mana reserves until it was bone dry. "And now, we are together forever," Ryoga said, letting go of its face. "You can go ahead and kill it," he told Artifice.

Darian nodded, tossing his sword upward to flip in midair, before his hand went behind his back, whipping back around to scan a right-hand ring.
"CINDER, PLEASE!" The BuilDriver incanted in its mechanical monotone, before Artifice caught his sword, and slashed at the Phantom, bisecting them with a crackling "blade" of flame. As the dust settled, Darian rested the sword on his shoulder.
"So you feed on mana, huh?"

Ryoga flicked his wrist as the magic seal dissipated and looked at Darian, nodding simply. "Apparently, most of you guys have the advantage of simply regenerating mana. I'm not that lucky. I figure that if I ever run out of mana, my Phantom will eat me. I don't very much want that," he said as his transformation canceled itself.

Darian ohed softly, as his Phoenix Sword, and Cerberus both vanished into portals, before he reverted back to normal.
"That's... a good reason."

"By the way, I don't think I ever got your name," Ryoga realized, adjusting his hat as he looked around the building. There wasn't anything interesting left.

Darian ohs, offering a hand. "Name's Darian Silas. Or Kamen Rider Artifice." Carbuncle then meows from the corner it'd dived into. "And that's Hunter Carbuncle."

Ryoga shook his hand briefly and promptly let go. "That stone you got earlier. Depending on how you craft it, it'll either have the property of Water or Poison. I suggest you be careful," Ryoga said as he walked back to the window he had jumped through earlier.

Darian hmmed softly as he moved to follow Ryoga back. That was a good point about the ring. If he wound up with a water ring, it'd be easy to figure out what he'd use it with, but poison could be trickier.
