"What would you like to eat?" Athena asked as she made her way to the next room, which held a high-tech kitchen. Athena began to unload the groceries into the fridge and pantry as she awaited Maya's request.

"I'll just have some cookies thank you," Maya said, "do you live alone onee-san?" she asked.

Athena grabbed a plate of cookies she had baked prior to leaving the Hover Bay and poured a glass of milk. She walked over to Maya and carefully placed the cookies and milk on the table. "I live with my master, Zhenya, in this Hover Bay," Athena explained as she sat down across from Maya. "Can you tell me about your brother?"

"Thank you," Maya said as she took a bite of the cookie, which tasted delicious, before she tilted her head, "then where is your master?" she asked. She was surprised by Athena asking her about her brother, "Why do you want to know about my brother?" she asked.

"My master is away on business," Athena explained. "As for my curiosity, I do not know what it is like to have a family. I have always been curious on what the subject of older brother is. Zhenya does not have any siblings or relatives that he speaks to and refuses to talk about the subject, therefore I have never learned about it."

"Oh I see," Maya said, to be honest she wasn't comfortable talking about her brother, it brought about a lot of painful memories that are related to her family. She knew her brother worked hard to fight against the stigma of her family, being branded as murderers and profiteers, but he always believed that people should do the right thing and not bad things. "Well...my brother was a kind person, he didn't want to use the technology my family made to be used for fighting, he wanted to make good things, he takes care of me whenever I'm sad or lonely...I miss him."

"Your brother sounds like an interesting person. However, I could not help but notice your use of the word 'was'. Is he no longer such a kind person?" Athena asked bluntly.

"Zhenya said this. 'Even when a person is gone, their memory remains. Although sentiments mean nothing ultimately, the fact that a person can hold onto a memory and move forward is more than enough.' While I cannot under emotion as well as a proper human, but I believe those words to have a calming effect. If you'd like, you can try to use the Ymni Corp. Global Tracking System to see if your brother might have used an Ymni Corp. weapon in the past. Perhaps that will reshape your hope?" Athena offered as she remotely powered on a computer in the other room.

Maya shook her head, "Onii-san never believed in weapons even though he was the heir to the company, he wanted peace, so he wouldn't use a weapon," she said.

"Your path of thought is illogical. Usually when a person is in pursuit of another, they would take any means available to them. But I suppose the absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence. Perhaps you do not wish to look for fear of what you may find?" Athena spoke, her eyes focused on Maya.

Athena simply continued to look at Maya, creating an awkward moment of silence. Suddenly, the Hover Bay's door opened and Guy silently walked in. He saw Maya sitting with Athena and sighed. "Dammit, Athena, how many times do I have to tell you no pets?"

Guy simply looked at her and shook his head. "All the more reason you're not welcome. What did Athena bring you here for?" he asked, walking into the kitchen and opening the fridge to get a bottle of water. "Let me guess, she saw you lost and alone, thought you were a hungry homeless child, brought you here to eat on my buck?" he asked, walking back into the living area as he gulped down the water.
