Maya walked home from school as she hummed to herself, "See you tomorrow Maya-chan!" one of her friends said as Maya waved back, despite the fact that she was the daughter of the richest weapons' development company in the world she still insisted in walking back home herself. Of course her father had completely rejected that offer saying that it was too dangerous and she would go home via an escort, however she didn't like it when she felt different then the other kids, so she managed to sneak away from her bodyguards and proceeded home by herself.
The gift her brother gave her hanged around her neck as always, it didn't feel heavy even though it could turn into something amazing, she tried to find a time where she could secretly practice with it; but being watched by her father made it impossible, it seemed that ever since her brother had disappeared her father had been watching her more intently then ever. She sighed as she kicked another loose stone away, "Onii-chan, where are you right now? I miss you," she said.

Athena walked down the street, heading the opposite direction while holding several shopping bags. She was silently calculating her energy supply and paying no mind to whoever was around her, as she had several other processes open. No immediate dangers were detected, the Hover Bay was a few more kilometers away, all of the Roids had been resupplied, Guy still hadn't had his lunch.

Maya was absentmindedly kicking stones around as she was usually in a slump when thinking about her brother, naturally when the next stone was kicked she generated enough force to kick the stone straight into Athena's head.

The rock hit Athena, but not hard enough to even scratch her. However, she shut down some of her processes and turned to her attacker. "Target: Young female. Threat level: Nonexistent. Some objects of threatening nature detected but inactive. Actions to take: None," Athena spoke. Her ever-evolving AI, however, soon took over. She approached Maya and carefully placed her shopping bag down. "You should be careful when doing that. You could hurt someone."

"Ah gomen, gomen," Maya said bowing low, "I was thinking about my brother while I was kicking some stones and one of them must have hityou, I hope I didn't hurt you."

"Ymni Corp. technology has made it nearly impossible for me to be damaged by any non-magical means," Athena quipped as she stood back up. "My database says that you are an heir to a powerful corporation. Where are your bodyguards?"

"Ymni Corp...ah my father talked about you, you're the technology corporation aren't you?" Maya exclaimed, "I thought you would know me, and...I don't like my bodyguards, all I need is the protection my brother gave me," she said.

Athena's processors kicked in, her AI brain scanning each word until she recognized the hidden message. "So, your brother is missing?" Athena asked, offering Maya a hand. "If you would like, you can come with me to the Hover Bay and we can try to find your brother using Ymni Corp. resources," she offered.

Maya smiled a bit before nodding a bit, "No thank you, I tried to use my papa's resources to find him, but I couldn't find him...don't worry he'll come back one day," she said. She then looked at Athena, "So are you a robot?" she asked.

"Correct, I am a non-human being built by Zhenya Ymnikin," Athena said as she looked over to the direction of the Hover Bay. "Would you like to come over and eat, then?" she asked.

Maya looked over to where the Hover Bay was, she had been taught not to go with strangers because it was dangerous more so because of who her family was. However she thought of Athena as interesting, she wanted to learn more about robots because her father didn't want her to learn about them yet, and also she had raion-kun to protect her if things went bad, "Okay...but only for a while," she said.

Athena nodded, her head whirring a little as she picked up her bags and walked toward the Hover Bay. The doors opened with the sound of decompressed air, stairs carefully lowered themselves to allow entry. Athena climbed in. "Make yourself at home," she said, entering the main room of the Hover Bay, which had two large leather couches, three laz-e-boy chairs, four tables, and a large 50" thin TV on the wall.

Maya followed her home to the Hover Bay before she went in and looked around the place, "Please excuse me," Maya said as she then sat on a couch and looked around a bit more.
