The tent was destroyed, prompting an annoyed look from Leopold. "Excuse me... You're gonna pay for that right? You've got the money to repair this, right? You're going to cover my losses, right? You appear to have misplaced your weapon. Hey. I know you can hear me. Buy me a new tent. Do you know how expensive these are? I swear, it's like you have no respect for property. And what are you doing throwing weapons around in a museum? You could've hurt someone. I should call the cops right now and report you. And you're carrying concealed weapons. That's against the law. I suggest you put that away before the cops arrive," he ranted.

"What the hell are you two talking about?! You've got Rider Gear, you're looking for monsters, I get that. I don't know what it has to do with me OR MY TENT! I live in that thing! I should go to your houses and rip them apart, too! I'm gonna write an entire rant on the forum about this! You Kamen Riders have gone too far this time!" Leopold ranted, huffing as he pursued.

Phoebe looks back, as they come to a stop. "Are you quite done ranting? You are living as a hobo, you have very little sway on anything, and to beat it all you have shown a severe lack of intelligence. I believed you to be a monster. You confirmed it. Is it possible you have some type of mental disorder?" Phoebe gave, doing the classic thinking pose.
"And how do you know so much about Kamen Riders, then?" Hikari added to the questioning..

"Frost, Maximum Drive." Phoebe joins her hands together and extends them out, ice heading for him and taking hold. The intent being to freeze him partially for a few minutes and see if he would use his monster form to break free.
Hikari meanwhile, used her phone to look up the cost of such a tent, with a reminder to have Phoebe do a more advanced search.

Without even thinking about it, his left hand turned into a paw for a little over a second as he swiped the ice away with cat-like reflexes. His paw hand instantly disappeared. "Now you're assaulting me again?! And your aim is bad! You've got some nerve! I've been promising to call the cops for a few minutes now, but I guess this is the price of politeness! Madam, give me your phone!" Leopold said, pointing to Hikari.

Phoebe holds up the BatShot, which had snapped a number of photos in rapid succession, documenting the paw change in slow motion. "I got it. Your idea was correct, partner." Hikari then turns to Leopold. "Follow us if you want a replacement tent Kitty-chan, but keep it down."
