Phoebe and Hikari walked carefully along the outdoor museum's paths, the latter basically acting to babysit the former for now, along with a passing interest of her own. But in reality they'd both heard about some incidents happening nearby...so they came to investigate.

"Sir... Sir, please get... SIR! PLEASE TAKE YOUR TENT OUT OF THE MUSEUM!" a very disgruntled employee yelled out as she stared down at a man whose head was poking out of a tent in the middle of one of the exhibit floors.
The man was asleep, or pretending, his head relaxing on a comfortable looking pillow. He was ignoring all of the noise of the outside world, trying to get a catnap in.

Hikari looked over, "Hmm?" she gave, nudging her partner as she saw the incident occurring. "Maybe it is something strange." Phoebe agrees, the two casually walk over, and passing behind a billboard, Hikari putting on the Double Driver, the same one materializing on Phoebe as they hid them with their coats.
Hikari does the talking first. "What's the problem ma'am?"

"This man just came in about two hours ago, set up a tent and fell asleep!" the employee complained. "I'm about to call the police and just get this over with!"
The man continued to sleep, shifting his head a little as he began to snore.

"Allow me." Hikari said. "You may want to stand clear." Phoebe supplied, as the former inserted the Giji Memory into the slot.
"Bat."
The Bat Shot hovered at the door of the tent, flashing bright lights inside, squarely at his face.

Leopold promptly flipped a shit, waking up and tumbling all over the place like a puppy inside of a car for the first time. His limbs felt like spaghetti, refusing to hold up his weight. After a moment, he regained control of his body and picked himself up, staring straight at Hikari. "Hey! What's the big idea, waking me up like that?! I could sue you! We're in public, I'll have you know! There are plenty of witness! Like her!" he declared, pointing to Phoebe.

"You're in a museum, wise guy. And they don't want you here. Pack up your tent and move elsewhere before they decide to call the police." Hikari said.
Phoebe merely held her book and looked at the man, but one hand was inside her jacket.

"I prefer to think that this museum was built around my tent," Leopold said with a huff, stretching for a moment as his body recovered from the shock of suddenly waking up. "It's not my fault these people chose to build this thing on top of where I was sleeping. If anything, all of you are trespassing in my home!"

"Aren't you the vain and arrogant one?" Phoebe called, as Hikari tensed. "Please leave the premises, or things will become unpleasant for you." the former puts as nice as she can, twin animal gadgets sitting in a tree nearby, watching the exchange.

Leopold shook his head and remarked "You're not the police. I see no authority in your words." With that, he got back inside his tent and zipped up the door. "I swear, people these days, trying to get EVERYTHING in the world for free."

Leopold popped his head out of the door of the tent and remarked "I'm a leopard! Not a monster!" With that declaration, he got out, pushed the tent down a few feet, and got back inside.

Phoebe nods. "A humanoid leopard? How interesting...it fits the monster type." Hikari looks towards the tent again. "We warned you." she said simply, both of them strapping on the Lost Driver's instead, and formed the animal gadgets properly.
"Fang." "Tiger."
"Henshin." They echo'd, pushing the Memories down and out to the side..
"Fang." "Tiger."
The duo transform to Kamen Rider Fang, and Tiger, respectively.

Leopold popped his head out again. "Kamen Riders? Sorry, but I'm not interested," he said in a bored tone, ducking back inside of the tent. "Come back when you've got something tasty to offer~"

Fang taps the memory once, producing the Shoulder Fang. "I will drive you in search of tastier things." Then, she throws it in a boomerang style, cutting through the tent. in multiple places.
"Good, with no tent, he'll have to move, and we can be on our way." Tiger gave, being on guard.
