Overview:
Cécile is a calm and composed girl who doesn’t show a lot of worry. She’s sweet and kind, and will be there for people, especially among the team. She forms strong bonds with other girls, being able to be better friends with them than men. She has a crush on * and will show it, despite his colder side towards her. She wonders if it’s because of her feelings, or if it’s normal, and she should be after someone else. She’s deeply concerned about her brother, knowing he has to be alive, and will do anything to find him and reunite.

History
Cécile was born in Paris, five years after her brother Adrien was born. She grew up with the love of her parents, and the love and watchfulness of her brother as well. She and Adrien remained close, with both receiving individual love and attention from their parents.
Their parents provided well for them, their father being an architect, their mother being a photographer. They did well for their children, and had enough time for them. Yet even with time, the children preferred each other’s company.
When she was thirteen, their parents divorced. Their mother cheated on their father and began an affair, but refused to try to work through things. He didn’t want a divorce, but it happened. A year later their father remarried. They stopped seeing their mother, even though she loved them, due to a hard custody battle.
That affected Cécile, as she still very much loved her mother, and was torn by this. Adrien tried to be with her as much as he could and help her through it, but he couldn’t do much. Soon after this when Cécile was out with friends one day, she ran into her mother. Her mother took her home and wouldn’t let her leave. Adrien ended up finding them soon, but she wouldn’t let Cécile leave.
Adrien did his best in this situation, but couldn’t get the mother to listen. He threatened to call the authorities, but she didn’t listen to that either. During the entire ordeal, Cécile wasn’t quite sure what to do. Her mother took her and fled the country; sure that Adrien had gone to the police and other authorities. Cécile wanted to leave, but couldn’t at this point.
They ended up in Spain, living there for a year. Her mother kept her from going to anybody and managed to keep her from going to authorities or anyone like that. But eventually someone knew about them and reported that back to France, so Adrien came looking. He found them and confronted his mother. Cécile wanted to go with him, but her mother refused to let her go. In a drastic attempt, he took Cécile with him and tried to get out of the country.
Their mother didn’t give up and tied to stop them. She had a gun, demanding Adrien to stop, saying that Cécile was her daughter, and she deserved to have at least one of her children. Adrien tried to stop her, but she tried to use force. In the struggle he got the gun and kept her back.
She demanded to know how her son could do something like that. How someone that was part her could do this. That angered him. He told her he wasn’t like her, that he wasn’t a part of her, even as her child. He wouldn’t do something like that. In his anger, he shot her dead.
He was arrested by the Spanish authorities while Cécile was sent back home. But he was in prison for murder. His father and step-mother didn’t see him, though they did thank him for getting back Cécile, despite his methods. They didn’t entirely believe the story, and besides, he had shot her, not out of self-defense.
Cécile finished school and continued to try to see her brother. He died in prison, or so she was told, along with the rest of the family. After high school she wasn’t sure what she would do with her life. She wanted to go to college, but she just couldn’t focus, and dropped out of it after a few months. But then she heard strange things. She heard of people seeing Adrien in other countries.
She wasn’t sure if she should believe it, but it was people who knew him who had said it. They didn’t contact or communicate with him, but they saw him. Cécile wanted to spend her time searching for him, but didn’t know how.
Sometime after, she became a food critic by sheer luck, letting her travel.
She was sought by a star fragment in November 2012, becoming a Nova Ranger. She met some of the others, and developed a crush on *. She continues to travel and seek her brother.

That time of day; that fantastic time of day when she settled into routine. She poured herself a glass of wine as her fish baked and the bread sat, warm, cooling down a little.
As she waited for her fish, she prepared a salad. She loved this meal. She could get sick of it, perhaps, but she didn’t. She had many foods to eat as her job, but this…this was just perfect for her. To her, there was nothing better.
Well, there could be one thing better. If she found Adrien.
