Jean walked around town, not really paying attention to where he was going for he had his face full with a self-help book.
He was a pretty confident man in all but one area - picking up women. He needed desperately to rectify that.
This wasn't the first book he tried, but he wasn't one to give up so easily.

Nori exhaled roughly; he was sitting on a bench in a park, legs spread out as he seemed to slump lowly into the bronze-colored bench. Hanging loosely in-between chapped lips was a pale blue popsicle. The youth seemed to be saddened by something, eyes closed, only the blueberry flavor of the popsicle being there to comfort him.
Unfortunately for Nori he seemed to have failed to notice that next to the bench was a sign that read: "WET PAINT"--so once he would move, there would be a brownish-bronze paint coloring anew the back of Nori's clothing.

Without him even noticing the sudden change of location, Jean walked through the park and past a man who had naively sat on a freshly painted bench.
He continued to read, not seeing the rather obvious stone in his path. He tripped, tossing his book into the air before his face fell into a pile of freshly dug dirt.
It seems the local middle school were in the park that day planting saplings.

Nori perked, hearing the nearby fall. He had gotten up from the bench in order to investigate--only to come across the sight of a grown man having landed himself into some fresh dirt.
"Hey... you alright?" Nori prodded Jean with his foot, Nori completely unaware that his own entire backside was painted bronze.

"I'll be fine," he mumbled as he pulled his face away from the dirt and stood back up, "...Have you seen my book?"
The very book in question had landed in the center of a group of pigeons and spooked the flock. They all immediately took flight and were headed straight for the two men.
"Oh, shi..." Jean caught himself. He tried to keep a habit of not cursing even if the situation warranted it.

"WAH! BIRDS!" Nori cried out, holding his arms in front of his face--the flock of birds spooking him and knocking him over onto his back. His legs going into the air.

The flock passed over them, leaving "presents" here and there.
"My suit!" Jean gasped, "I just had it dry cleaned yesterday!"
