The swan monster wasn't something that Angela feared. She didn't know how the Advent Deck or this contract worked, but she didn't fear the monster.
Her problem was that now, she was starting to fear it. It had tried to attack her once already, but had stopped after eating a creature from a mirror. She didn't like that it had tried to presumably eat her, when it was her partner.
But her problem now came from this: she had gone on a trip with her uncle again, and she didn't know if she could properly feed Blancwing here, or if she'd have more trouble with her contract.
