Overview:
Will is a girl who doesn’t want to live in the shadow of her father, or her parents in general. She wants to be her own person, even if that means putting herself in the line of danger, but she does it anyway because she cares. She wants to make her life worthwhile by helping save other people’s. She has a hobby in playing the guitar, especially when bored. She doesn’t like Japan too much, because it’s different, and she’s still getting used to it. She also dislikes music about partying, drinking, etc. Stuff that’s popular now; same with rap, country and some other genres. She’s not big on movies either. She has an unbendable will and is very outgoing with people, doing this because she searches for companionship and love for her life. She’s an intelligent and well-read girl, but has her own problems with her father’s works, difficulties in not being the best rescuer, but trying to become better. She has a love for some of the stuffed animals from her childhood, keeping her somewhat of a child, but she doesn’t see a problem in it. She has a strong will, and sharp tongue when need be. She can speak English, Japanese, French and Spanish.

Weapons: Tri-Basher, with fire extinguisher mode, gun mode, and sword mode. The gun fires ice bullets, and the sword can use ice slashes. It can be further powered by her Rescue Soul. Rescue Breaker, with hammer, axe, drill, hand, rope, shot and pick modes.

History
Will’s father is a popular author in England, so they had a decent flow of money coming in. Her mother works as a nurse. Will grew up as a normal kid, since not a lot of people knew about her father’s books when she was in school.
When she was a teenager she read his books. She didn’t know what to make of them; books based on life, for adults. She was old enough to understand most of it, and didn’t want to have to follow in any of his footsteps, or his shadow. He was popular enough that people might know who she was, especially since one of his books was adapted recently into a rather popular movie.
She went to Switzerland after high school for college. She studied something completely different, so she wouldn’t be like her parents, so she could be her own person. It ended up being in environmental affairs, but that didn’t go well for her. Instead she ended up in firefighting, if only because nobody would expect the child of Hank Miller to do this.
She ended up putting her heart into it, and doing rather well. There were people better, but she made up for it with drive and determination. Rescue Soul. Her display of Soul impressed people from the UFDA, and she was placed in more rigorous testing. She did somewhat well, while others did better, but her Soul was stronger.
She was given the Fire 3 suit and sent to Japan with the rest of the unit, living a life that her parents would never have thought she’d do.

She lifted the Rescue Megaphone and switched the mode. The Megaphone responded with a call of “Fire Up!”
She drew it back and then before her, shouting into it, “Equip!” With the power of her Rescue Soul flowing through it, the Megaphone activated, unleashing a blue energy dragon which flew forward and fell back down over the top of her, forming her green suit of armor.
