Relationships:

• Nobuhiko-- Kotaro's adoptive brother who aids Kotaro in his mission as Shadow Moon. To transform, he uses the same transformation sequence as Kotaro. In combat, he uses a pair of long and short swords called Shadow Sabres.
  
• Reiko-- Kotaro's girlfriend
  
• The Sahara family-- the ones who took in Kotaro and gave him a job in their helicopter business Sahara Airlines. Shunkichi and Utako are the parents who are always arguing with each other, Shigeru is their son and Hitomi is their daughter. When talking either to or about Kotaro, she refers to him as "Kotaro-Oniichan"
  

Overview:
Kotaro feels obligated to protect mankind from organizations similar to Golgom, since he was intended to become one of mankinds tyrants. He also seeks vengeance for turning himself and his brother into Kaizo-ningen He is a determined protector, and will do anything he can to protect humanity. He keeps his identity hidden from Reiko and the Sahara family, to keep them from being endangered. He can be a bit stubborn at times, but you can still count on and trust him.

  History
  
  
  Kotaro was born on the day of a solar eclipse along with his stepbrother Nobuhiko Akizuki. Golgom noticed this, both brothers were heirs to their leader's throne. Once the two were of age, they were captured by Golgom and were infused with Kingstones, Kotaro was infused with the Stone of the Sun to become Century King Black Sun. However before the final brainwashing, Kotaro's legal guardian and Nobuhiko's father, Soichiro Akizuki interrupted the final stage with Kotaro barely escaping.
  
  Soichiro revealed to Kotaro that his real parents were killed by Golgom when he was a baby, before he himself was killed by five of Golgom's Spider Mutants. Kotaro transformed and after defeating the mutants took the identity Kamen Rider BLACK to fight Golgom. As BLACK, Kotaro gains friends from Nobuhiko's family as well as a friendly Golgom mutant. Eventually Kotaro reunites with Nobuhiko; however, Nobuhiko was converted into the perfected Century King, Shadow Moon. In their fight, BLACK was killed and his family had to evacuate from Golgom's reign over Japan. Eventually BLACK was resurrected and fought his way through hoards of monsters until fighting Shadow Moon and freeing him from the Creation Kings control. Using the Satan Sabre used by Shadow Moon, BLACK fought against the Creation King of Golgom and destroys him. With Golgom defeated, Kotaro and Nobuhiko visited the Capitola bar before leaving for unknown parts.
  
  Half a year after the defeat of Golgom, Kotaro and Nobuhiko were left homeless until they are adopted into the Sahara family. Kotaro became a helicopter pilot for his new family's business due to their connections, beginning a new life for himself. Unfortunately, five years later Kotaro was abducted into the Crisis Empire mothership. The empire was aware of his identity as BLACK and gave him an offer to join them. Kotaro refused and fought back but was incapacitated with the Kingstone damaged. He was ejected into space floating aimlessly until the sun's radiation altered his Kingstone. When his pod entered Earth's atmosphere, Kotaro miraculously survived and had gained new power. His rider form evolved into Kamen Rider BLACK RX. With his new forms and power he fights against the Crisis Empire.

  Sample RP: The scene opens to Tokyo at night, a young man walking down the street, looking around in a paranoid manner. He remembered the fear striking through him as he ran away from Golgom's leaders, and as they attempted to kill him.
  
  The Priests were searching all around Tokyo, searching for this young man. One Priest, who had a green face which seemed to be a mask, had sensed the Kingstone nearby. He looked toward the nearby street and said "Gotcha!" He divebombed toward Kotaro, intent on capturing him. Kotaro heard him and began to run, eventually entering a parking lot, where they continued to search for them. A searchlight appeared, moving over the nearby cars. Kotaro timed his movements to keep out of the light. He was able to evade them again, and ran into a tunnel, only to be ambushed by another Priest. The Priest fired a blast of energy toward Kotaro, the blast hitting him, but instead of killing him it snapped him out of his dream. As he awoke, he looked around to find that he was having another dream of the day when he became a Kaizo-Ningen, but to him it was more like a nightmare.
