She slashed with her arm blade, but was overpowered, knocked aside. Retsu fired with his Z-Beam again, blasting her back farther.

Semaiya was a little surprised Arc Impulse had failed. He turned around and checked his HUD, confirming he had the energy necessary to pull off another Arc Impulse. He began preparing to activate the Twin Blade again.

She fired rapidly at both Sheriffs before smashing herself out the window.
She couldn't win this.

She span around, shooting for his head.

Semaiya used his power to move his armor, twitching to one side to dodge the bullet before screaming "ARC IMPULSE!" almost incoherently, slashing the Twin Blade down on her with the force of his fall compounding the power.

She shot herself straight up and out to avoid the trajectory of his slash.

"GET THE HELL BACK HERE!" Semaiya screamed, obviously angry now, as he latched onto any metal in her costume with his powers and threw her into the wall of the building.

She landed on her feet. She had the control, thanks to advancements in her suit, nanomachines in her body, all of it tied together. She shot herself away, firing on him.

Semaiya's armor vanished, and the bullets stopped cold before dropping to the ground. Semaiya threw his arms to the sides, and lifted a shipping container with his powers before hurling it at her.
He was mad, and it seemed to be boosting his powers.

She kept moving away, and as it came near, slashed it in half with her blade.

Semaiya screamed, a sound of pure ferocity and anger, as he began simply flinging shipping containers left and right in the general direction of the assassin, in an attempt to crush her.
