Retsu and Hanto were waiting near the docks for the arrival of another Sheriff. They wanted three if they were going to do this. This was going to be a dangerous mission, and the more, the better.

Semaiya had orders. He was to work with a pair of Sheriffs to apprehend a dangerous criminal. As he arrived at the location, he immediately picked Hanto out, knowing him to be Garm.
"I presume you two gentlemen are who I'll be working with?" Semaiya asked as he approached.

"Hanto Kira. Space Sheriff," he said.

Semaiya threw his hands up, turning away for a moment. "Of course she is." He muttered sarcastically. "Can't some assassin target something slightly more conventional like politicians?"
