"Assassins don't work on any schedule we make," Hanto muttered.
However, she was near. She was on a boat in the harbor, taking aim for Retsu first, lining up her shot from the distance.

Semaiya began fiddling with a loose screw in a nearby crate, using his powers to screw and unscrew it.

She fired, the shot flying through the air, aimed for Retsu's chest. The shot made a loud sound, even from the distance, because of the echo from the water.

Semaiya reacted quickly, grabbing onto any sort of metal on Retsu's chest with his powers and pulling the man to the ground.

Retsu hit the ground, thankful to be alive.
"There!" Hanto shouted, drawing his sidearm and moving to cover, directing out over the water.

"Gentleman, allow me." Semaiya said, standing. He concentrated, and capsized the boat with his powers.
