Retsu was dispatched along with Graham and his partner to a less than habitable planet. The planet used to be lived on by another race, but due to a nuclear breakdown of reactors, it was left uninhabitable. Levels had changed by now, and life was possible, but nobody wanted to come back, except for a few. Very few.
Retsu was already landed on a rocky outcrop over the ocean, waiting on the other Sheriff to arrive.
