The Hero War

Okay, Virus and I came up with this idea in the Cbox, so I'm making it permanent.
Eventually, at some point in the near future, a man named John Darcy will take over the U.N. He's gonna set up a worldwide policy creating the Global Hero Registry, a huge thing meant to get the heroes of the world that aren't already public services into the public eye. Pretty much anyone who can transform into anything, Riders, Senshi, Ultramen, Kaijin, even magical girls will have to register and reveal their identity to the world. If a hero were to opt not to register, he/she would be declared a terrorist and outlaw, to be hunted by all other heroes and killed on sight.
There's gonna be a few skirmishes between those who have registered and those who haven't, then Chairman Darcy will give the equivalent of Order 66: all armies, who've secretly been receiving special Anti-Hero weaponry, are to immediately begin hunting down and killing all heroes and transforming people, registered or not. Chairman Darcy will reveal massive robots that he has financed (think Gundams) as a countermeasure against Ultramen and Megazords. What heroes he doesn't kill will be driven into hiding. Chairman Darcy will declare himself to be the ruler of the world and shall essentially send the world into a dystopia.
This will culminate in a revolution, where all the heroes will rise, defeat the armies, the robots, everything, and this will eventually culminate into a battle with Chairman Darcy's true form, which shall remain undisclosed until such a time as it must be revealed.

Who's in favor? If we don't do this in the RP itself, we're going to do the last part in the Other Stuff board anyway. I would very much prefer to watch this play out in the RP itself.
