Noir sat on a rooftop in London. He hadn't been back to this city since the incident, and he hoped that the host of the Lio Jyu wouldn't return. He snapped his fingers, summoning a humanoid monster resembling a scorpion with a prehensile tail arcing up over it's head.
"Go. Destroy." Noir said, gesturing dramatically toward London. The Jyu nodded and leapt into the crowd, stabbing people with it's tail and causing a general panic.

At the same time a cobra monster was busy destroying London, sending a mist of poison as anyone who breath into it died a painful death, "Well this is boring...I thought that there would be something exciting here...seems I was wrong," Noriko said with a sigh as she saw a scorpion monster attacking, "oh great...I can guess which tribe that comes from," she said dryly.

Noir sniffed the air. "Poison... Cobra venom, to be exact. Dammit, I have company." He stood and scanned the crowd, searching for the source of the poison.
The Scorpio Jyu continued to attack, unaware of Noriko's presence.

"Cobra, stay out of the scorpion's way, I don't want to have a tribal fight now," Noriko ordered as the cobra nodded and tried its best to stay out of the scorpion's path as Noriko scanned the crowd to see who was pulling its strings.

Noir saw the Cobra. "A cobra, but not a snake. Where are you...?" He continued to scan, his vantage point offering a better view.
The Scorpio Jyu saw the Cobra, but ignored it for the moment.

"Scorpion...but no spider, come on you little web weaver...where are you?" Noriko growled as the cobra looked at the Scorpion Jyu and hissed at it, but otherwise ignored it as well.

Noir sniffed once more. "There's the unique venom, but where exactly is she?" He continued, until his eyes locked on her. "Gotcha."

At the same time Noriko got his scent as she locked eyes with him as she smiled, she then began walking towards him.

Noir lowered himself to the floor on a web, and called the Scorpio Jyu to a position next to him, standing in the middle of the now deserted street.
"Hello." Noir said.

Noriko stopped in front of him, "Hello, it's nice to see another Jyu here," she said as the Cobra Jyu slithered behind her.

"Not much, poisoned a city's water supply, killed tons of people that way. They still have no idea how to counteract the poison, probably won't be able to since I made the poison myself," Noriko said flippantly, "how about you?" she asked.

Noir wasn't exactly keen on revealing his real plan, which was figuring out how to go far enough back in time to eliminate his competition in the past. So he simply said, "Eh, this and that. Captured some women, discovered a strangely stimulating human beverage."
