Ryan was still injured, but determined to go. He was the only one nearing the scene for now, but Selena was on her way. He'd get her back, no matter what.

He wasn't at all affected by the sight of the large armored creature, nor the other knight-like one. He'd take them all down, or die trying. He swung his hammer out, holding it in both hands as he rushed them.

Caesar parried the strike easily, almost lazily, and kicked for Ryan's stomach.
