Crowds of people were panicking in the the streets as the Dragon Phantom ran amok, destroying anything he could get his hands on and boy was he pissed.
Dragon desperately needed power, but all Wiseman told him was to simply wait and Dragon was growing slightly weaker every day since then as he could feel the gate within him, Haruto Sohma, desperately attempting to claim back his body.
Hence why he was running on a rampage today; to take his mind off of the fact that he's losing control.

At the same time Messiah was also destroying anything and everything in front of her as the Horrors came one by one to feed on the humans. It had been a while since she had let loose and she was looking forward to seeing what kind of carnage she can unleash on these humans.

Dragon roared and shouted, "HENSHIN!" scanning his ring through his cracked Wizardriver and morphing into Draco-Wizard. Now as a mage, he continued his rampage through the streets and summoned a few ghouls to do his bidding.
As he made his way through a plaza, he spotted a female figure with her minions also doing harm to the humans. He then thought to himself. 'Looks like someone is also in a mood for causing destruction as well.'

Messiah saw the Ghouls causing destruction as well along with what seemed to be a Rider...that was strange. Usually Riders were the ones that fought these monsters, perhaps it is a dark Rider...one who liked to cause destruction for whatever reason. That didn't matter to Messiah, as long as they didn't interrupt her she wouldn't interfere with them.

Draco-Wizard watched as the ghouls wrecked the whole block, though they were being repelled by SWAT teams. The ghouls were immune to bullets but the rapid-fire M16s and sniper rifles were doing on a number on them, so Dragon decided to take matters into his own hands.
A dragon-head burst out of his chest and fired a raw beam of flames at the police blockade, completely annihilating it. He smirked behind his gem helmet and thought. 'Let's see how if that chick over there can do better.'

"Ooh magic huh?" Messian said with a sardonic smile. The only time that she had ever seen magic being used was with the Makai Priests and Priestesses. This one was a whole different story as she flashed a smile to him before snapping her fingers, instantly the ferocity of the Horrors increased as they took no care in killing the humans quickly as they were torn from limb to limb. One Horror dove underground and dragged a screaming policeman where blood sprayed out like a fountain before it jumped up covered in blood.

Draco-Wizard looked at her curiously and thought. 'Ah, the violent kind? Guess I need to step it up.'
He approached a crying child, who was being held closely by his mother. He could sense that the kid was a gate and it was time to do his dirty work.
