Habits/ Quirks:
- Graham has a sense of honor ever since he obtained his Zodiart powers, such as not taking advantage of a handicap. Example: If a G3 using enemy fought Leo to the point where their suit would shut down he would let them live and leave.
Personality: Graham is a calm and confident individual who seeks to advance himself by fighting powerful opponents. He has a small sense of compassion despite his role. Once he changes to his Zodiart form he becomes more violent but still maintains some of his humanity. Graham is very defensive about what one says about him and will respond very violently.

Henshin Sequence: Graham pushes the button and his body falls over unconscious and with 500 feet a black fog appears with a series of glowing lights appear and then form along his body then the fog vanishes as the glows dim. After all that is done he appears as the cloaked Leo Zodiart.

Abilities: Leo's speed and mobility is increased when the cloak is taken off, he is able to generate energy waves to knock enemies back.
Finisher(s): Leo's claws slowly start to glow as he concentrates cosmic energy into them and the next hits with either of them is fatal to nearly every rider or ranger.

History
One day Graham was visiting Japan he ran into someone but instantly found they slipped something in his hand, a switch. After pressing the button he became the Leo Zodiart. He stuck around for several extra weeks to use the Zodiart form to try to fight criminals and succeeded for a few months. He made sure to drop his body off in front of a hospital where they would watch over it. Almost a year later being away from his body made him more violent, eventually he was drawn to his human body and forcefully did so injuring most of the security in the building. when he got close to his body he deactivated his switch and become the complete Leo Horoscope.
He managed to leave the country with his new abilities, after transforming for so long his aggressive personality become locked to his Zodiart form but effected his human form to make him more keen to fight and effected his own morals. Graham was tracked down by Foundation X and was given the opportunity to become a Zodiart commander and naturally accepted the offer and takes his orders from the heads of Foundation X and was told that Libra was also going to give him orders.

Graham stood by with his hands in his pockets as a Unicorn Zodiart was swinging it's sword at him, "You honestly shouldn't try to fight me, just follow what orders I give and this will be easy." he said with a confident smirk.
"Screw you, I don't follow anyone's orders now!" the Unicorn Zodiart replied thrusting his sword toward Graham, before the tip of the blade hit Graham he leaned to the side as he pressed the switch in his pocket. Once the Unicorn turned to look at Graham his view was blocked by Leo's large clawed hand grasping his head. "L-Let go of me!" the Zodiart yelled trying to slash Leo's arm with the sword but it had no effect.
"Funny....I don't follow YOUR orders." he said calmly before he pulled his hand away t catch the sword before it almost struck his arm again, Leo pulled the sword from Unicorn's hand and threw it aside.
"Hey man, we don't have to fight." he said raising his hands but Leo grasped his hand around Unicorn's throat and held tightly.
"How cute...you say that we're fighting. Sorry to say but this isn't even a scuffle." he growled as a red glow generated from Leo's mouth, "What were you saying about not following anyone's orders?"
