Kamen Rider W, Steel Version

Okay, so I've been working on a silly little Westernised version of Kamen Rider W. So far all I have are the main characters:

[li]Ian Lefton (Deceased). Formerly the greatest detective in Steel City. Him and his wife, Alice, were the only ones brave enough to take on the Wright family and their monstrous Dopants, monsters comprised of living data. Ian had his own Gaia Memory and a belt that allowed him to become Detective Skull. He died recently.
[/li][li]Alice Lefton (Deceased?). One of the best detectives in the world, her and her husband Ian took on the Dopants created by the Wright family. She was horribly scarred in an accident and used to wear bandages all over her arms.
[/li][li]Janey Lefton. Janey is the daughter of Ian Lefton and Alice Lefton. She doesn't talk about them much, mostly because of some personal issues.*. Janey's trying to deal with the Dopant crimewave that's left police paralysed and scattered with her partner Precious. Janey and Precious can become Detective Double with Janey gaining control of the left side and the Joker, Trigger and Metal powers.
[/li][li]"Precious". Precious is a strange girl who likes books and information. Janey found her in her parents old offices having "Just moved in because this place is full of books,". She didn't have a name so Janey named her after a detective in a book she'd read (Precious Ramotswe from The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency for those of you interested). Precious and Janey can combine into Detective Double with Precious taking control of the right half and the powers of Cyclone, Heat, Luna and Fang.
[/li][li]Elisabeth Milby. Elisabeth Milby works on HALL AM, a popular radio station. She's basically the gopher but occasionally she gets bits of a rumour that she passes on to Janey and Precious. Elly has a crush on Jonas Brenson.
*I want some ideas for personal issues. I was thinking that one parent walked out on the other, but would that make sense?

[li]PC Jonas Brenson is a police constable in SCPD. He normally deals with the rather plain robberies, civil disobedience and questioning witnesses rather than actual detective work, and that's the way he likes it. mostly because no one suspects that he's secretly Detective Accel. He's suspicious of Precious, Janey and Elly, but accepts that they're good at their jobs.
[/li][li]DI David Harper Is a plain clothes detective in the SCPD. He believes that the "Masked Detectives" going around fighting the Dopants are a blessing because the regular police can't deal with them.
[/li][li]DI Sue Young DI Young's another plain clothes detective and Harper's partner. She isn't too cheery about the "Masked Detectives" and see's them as little more than vigilantes and worries they could be criminal.
[/li][li]DCI Carson Carter. DCI Carter is the head of the SCPD. His father owed the Lefton's his life and he's keen to repay that debt. He gives Janey and Precious a lot of free reign over crime scenes.

[li]Clarissa Wright. Clarissa, the eldest of the Wright children and heads up the "Distribution" of Gaia Memories. Her dopant form (Taboo) possesses powers of magic and unexplained phenomena.
[/li][li]Hans Wright. Hans is the second oldest child of the Wright Family and probably the most moral of the psychopathic criminals. He's the one who arranges the Gaia Memory dealings along with his sister Clarissa. He is the "Spokesperson" for the regular mafia and uses a Nazca Gaia Memory to grant him super-speed and furious fencing skills.
[/li][li]Hugo Wright. Hugo's the third Wright child, a savage party animal who prefers going out clubbing than helping the family business. When he has to fight Hugo acts as a hitman using the Smiliodon to increase his speed, senses and reflexes as well as throwing him into a berserker fury.
[/li][li]Nina Wright. Nina is a news presenter on HALL AM radio, Elly is her Gopher. She keeps the rumours of Dopants and Masked Detectives out of the news. she uses a Claydoll Gaia Memory that lets her regenerate from any injury. Nina is the youngest of the Wright children.
[/li][li]Trevor Wright. Trevor Bartholomew Wright is the Terror Dopant with the power to instil sheer undiluted fear into anyone around him. He is the patriarch of the Wright family and handles Gaia Memory production.
[/li][li]Simon Sunn. Simon is HALL AM's newscaster. He's dating Clarissa and later becomes the Weather Dopant. Simon's first act as the obscenely powerful criminal is to start "Experimenting" with his powers, putting him at odds with Jonas Brenson.
[/li][li]Utopia Who is Utopia? Is he Ian Lefton returned from the grave? A rejuvenated Trevor Wright? Simon Sunn or Hans Wright escaping prison? A surviving member of NEVER? Or someone completely new?**[/li][/ul]** I genuinely have no idea for this xD[/spoiler]

[li]Jack Troughton. Jack Troughton is a former private eye and rival to Ian Lefton. The world never gave him the respect he deserved, so along with a few likeminded (Sort of) individuals, he's going to take the 26 Gaia Memories and uses them to burn the ozone layer. All he needs is the 27th component ... He uses a belt and gaia memory to become Detective Eternal.
[/li][li]Katie Baker. Katie Baker was going to be a writer. After being thrown out of seven publishing studios only to watch them publish mediocre porn and vampire fiction instead she turned to arson, burning bookshops and publisher's to the ground. She was apprehended by Ian Lefton. Later she meets up with Jack Troughton and takes up on his offer to become the pyrokinetic Heat dopant.
[/li][li]Robert Eccleston. Robert was a failing stage magician who snapped one day and kidnapped a "Volunteer". He was taken in by Ian Lefton. After his release he met Jack Troughton who gave him the Tier Three Luna memory giving him illusion powers.
[/li][li]Mackenzie Tennant. Mackenzie Tenant, a boxer by trade turned to steroids to give him an edge. What he didn't count on was Ian Lefton finding out, what her really didn't expect was the private eye beating him in one on one combat! Mackenzie later met up with Ian's rival Jack and became the nigh-indestructible Metal Dopant.
[/li][li]Richard Smith. Richard Smith was an SAS soldier who came home to find his wife and best mate together. He was taken out by Ian Lefton after he killed them both. After being taken out of prison Jack Troughton gave him the power to assume the form of the Trigger Dopant.

Precious and Janey's information network of seven ... very odd people. And yes they're all named after Wizard Of Oz characters.
- "Dorothy". Dorothy is a short, thin girl with thick glasses, a gingham dress and big stompy goth boots. She's a little shy and kinda ... scary. Whenever she shows up there's a chill in the air. Dorothy knows just about everything there is to know about the schoolkids and gossip in Steel City.
- "Toto". Dorothy's younger sister, Toto is only about 10 years old but she's SOOOOOOOOOOOO grown up! (She isn't, not really). She loves to argue with Dorothy.
- "Scarecrow". Tall, unkempt and wearing torn up jeans and a T-shirt which has been stitched together at least seventeen times Scarecrow is a male comic book nerd. Scarecrow gets all the latest rumours and conspiracy theories, even the ones Nina Wright didn't report.
- "Tinman". Obsessed with recycling, Tinman is one of those guys who wears organically grown hemp and knits his own hats. He carries around big bags full of aluminium cans and other bits of scrap metal. If something weird's happening around one of the city's business or recycling centres rest assured Tinman knows what it is ...
- "Lion". Lion is fierce. Terrifying even. A rocker chick who takes her inspiration from every hair metal band ever. Never seen without a copy of Steel Leopard blaring through her headphones. Despite the loud music almost deafening her Lion hears everything about underground clubs.
- "Lovely Lady". One of the odder members of the SIN 7. Lovely Lady dresses all in white and is always late. She also knows a lot about government projects and police activity.
- "Witch". Witch operates on the opposite side of the spectrum to Lovely Lady. Witch knows every crime that's happening and has happened in Steel City. Yes including what you did to that poor duck ...
