Overview: Stephen is a man of morality, though a bit of a recluse at times, mainly due to awkward situations and not knowing a lot about the new time. He's strong, courageous, and loyal...and has truly believed what he was told before going into the war....about it being more important to be a good man, rather than a perfect soldier.

Type Of Hero: Aero Force Operator, Power Ranger.
Henshin Device: Aero Brace
Henshin Sequence: The Aero Brace is flipped up, and is shifted to Transformation mode on the screen, making the suit appear over his body, the helmet flashing in on its own.
Forms:
- Form Name: Aero Red.
Image/ Description: A Buster-like, leather-looking battle suit, only the predominate color is faded grey, with prominent Red trim. The helmet has a vague resemblance to a hawk, but the visor is black sunglasses. The harness has the WindCall transport system on the right side, and the Aero Logo on the left. The former transports weapons and other items while the latter, when pressed, transports the flight pack, which snaps in within seconds and activates. The wings can fold back over the shoulders, for additional firepower. The suit can form abs, as well, based on the user's attributes.
Motif: Flight, Badass, Avenger.
Color Scheme: Grey and Red.
Transformation: See above.
Fighting Style: Aero Red's fighting style is direct, taking the fight to you with heavy punches and kicks, or blocking with his shield, or throwing it...or using his weapons. He's a heroic type, however.
Weapons: Aero Buster - A hybrid Sword and magnum class side-arm, similar to This and this in concept, but the color is black, the hand is removed entirely, and it fires golden colored, powered bullets, with the ability to switch to energy beams as well.
Aero Sniper - A hybrid Halberd, Long Rifle, and Sniper Rifle. Interchangable with ease.
Aero Dominator: A hybrid energy explosives launcher and minigun. It splits into two smaller energy launchers or miniguns when combined with the Flight Pack's weaponry, making him even more deadly.
Aero Shield - Aero Red's personal weapon, it is the modern, re-tooled version of the only thing found after Stephen's disappearance in 1945. It has blocked everything thrown at it so far, during testing, being made of a previously unknown, but top secret element.
Abilities: Average overall stats, increased by the user's attributes, though it is built for defense. Summoning of weapons, other items, and a flight pack.
Finisher(s): The finishers aren't named officially, but there's a finisher for every weapon except the shield. And these are varied based on the situation. - Form Name:Aero Avenger
Image/ Description: The same as before, though with a layer of extremely tough battle silver armor, that forms abs and armor pieces. the armor blackens in color to hint at open spots inbetween armor joints, but there is no such thing. A silver long-coat extends from the belt down, with red trim., it is also lightly armored, and able to be extended to shield someone. The WindCall transport device remains on the right harness, while the A logo is firmly emblazoned on his chest now.
Motif: Avenger, Flight.
Color Scheme: Silver and Red.
Transformation: On the voice command of "Armor Engage." the beam is fired from the AeroCarrier at the speed of light, illuminating and engulfing the user in a protective shield for several seconds, before he steps out of it in the new form.
Fighting Style: Brutally effective, quick, precise, no wasted movements.
Weapons: Same as before, only the power level is greater.
Abilities: High overall statistics. Ability to work alone.

Other Equipment:
- The Aero Brace - A special piece of technology constructed and amplified by mystical means. Has three modes, Call Mode, GPS mode, which uses top military satellites, and Transformation Mode. It has been specially modified to be immune to hacking attempts, military grade EMP's, highly advanced computer viruses, and the like.
- SHIELD vehicles - He gets around in these, most of the time, whether on ground, or air.
History
Born in 1921 to a middle-class family, Stephen grew up during the Great Depression...he was one of those children who was always bullied, who didn't have a lot...he barely had enough food to get by, during that time. Despite his low state, he never gave up, never backed down from a fight, and was seriously hurt on a few occasions, though he did survive.
In 1942, he was summarily rejected several times on enlistment in the Army, because of his various physical ills. This intrigued a defector, a German researcher named Dr. Abraham Horvitz, who had defected after refusing to perform classified experiments that were inhumane in nature. The Doctor had brought his work with him....and saw a chance for something more.
He gave Stephen a chance. A chance to serve as part of the war propaganda...a chance to fight for his country. For a while, he worked with various shows meant to appease the homefront, but also created a disconnect from reality. Then the time came. The work that Dr. Horvitz had worked on, in conjunction with a Howard Wolfe, was started...and risking his life, Stephen volunteered, undergoing the process, an experimental human remodeling procedure, adding on to and bulking up on the body, while having a solution prepared to help the body adjust to its new-found strength, stabilizing the internal workings, increasing metabolism, and stopping the aging process. It was a high risk procedure....with only a 50% chance of success. Stephen made it through, against the odds. After which, the higher-ups decided that the procedure was too inhumane, and scrapped it entirely. The research however, was stolen before it could be destroyed...and disappeared.
He spent until 1945 fighting in World War 2...having gone to a secret facility to blow it up. Stephen was only armed with a peculiar shield that he had taken without consent and made his. He was almost free of the exploding facility, when two hulking enemies in suits faced him. They battled amidst the fire and destruction.... and one of them punched him at approximately three seconds before the hands aligned. The burning door opened, and he sent sailing through into an unseen wall elsewhere, hitting his head, and knocking himself out. His shield was the only thing that Allied forces found at the scene, later on, and he was listed as KIA.
But this was not the end of the story...for the man out of time.

Anything Else: I put a lot of hard work into this. Don't look down on it. I toku-ized my stuff enough. But I stand by the experiment happening because of the strong moral character that is shown below in the sample.

Horvitz gestured towards the wine. "Take it, take it. Whatever happens tomorrow, you must promise me one thing."
"And what's that, Doctor?"
"Promise me that you will stay who you are. Not the perfect soldier..." He pauses, to let this sink in, for it was important.
"Not the perfect soldier, but a good man."
