The world has evolved. Life is lived through artificial intelligences known as NetNavis. The Internet is now far more advanced than it was. People have tried to compromise this society before, by joining the WWW and Nebula terror organizations. However, they've also both been beaten back by the same group: an unoffical counter terror group known as Bastion.
Now, a new evil, calling themselves Judgement, has reared their ugly head. They have placed bounties on Bastion members, paying good cash for the members alive. No one knows for certain what they're doing with the members turned over already, but some suspect they're being kept somewhere in Russia.
Will you stand, and fight alongside what remains of Bastion? Or will you give in to temptation, tattling on your friends in return for quick cash? The fate of the Internet, and society itself, shall be decided in the Network Wars.
