Sonnet Plot

Okay! So let's get a new plot for Arthur Ingram/ Kamen Rider Sonnet started:
Settling In
Arthur's just got back from his gap year and he's ready to leave all the weirdness behind him and settle down at University. Well ... more or less.
After a few muggings, a sexual assault and at least three cases of GBH are stopped by a "Guy in a trenchcoat with big bug eyes!" Kamen Rider Sonnet becomes the city's local defender. No one knowing that the hero is really a Drama Student!
Except for a few history students in the library who've drawn connections between Kamen Rider Sonnet and a soldier who's been turning the tide of history since the Tudor period.
Arthur isn't leaving superheroing behind him just yet, here's where the weirdness really gets started!
The Setting
Coalfield is a large(ish) city in the North of England boasting three, seemingly infinite coal mines. Even despite the Thatcher administration's best efforts they've still kept on going strong.
However one of the mines has become subject of an archaeological dig, headed up by the head of the Archaeology and History departments at Coalfield University, after a body is found. The body of a young woman perfectly preserved and apparently still alive ...
At around the same time as her discovery strange monsters begin springing up all around coalfield, targeting students at the university in particular ...

Other Information
- Arthur's come back with all the Sonnet Keys except for Oberon and Othello.
- This plot will probably reveal a few new monsters and new Kamen Rider's into the mix.
- I need a name for the university. And probably the city it's in. It may be made as a new location.
- Any characters can be involved in the plot though ones in the UK, especially if they can hang around a university in England, would be great.
