Kakeru chuckled again, making it hard to think him very serious. "Sounds about right. Well then, we should probably get moving. I've got a bad feeling that something's gonna go down if we don't get it in gear." He sighed lightly, glancing over to the barely visible ruins, and motioning for them to move.

Drake started to walk, knowing where his gear was. If something went wrong with this man, or the situation, he was ready.

Kakeru walked as well, making sure not to tense up or relax too much. Even though he agreed to a temporary alliance, he didn't know the man very well, so he couldn't afford to not be careful.

As soon as the temple began to come into sight, Jack began to look around more, grabbing his Scope Shot for good measure.

Kakeru looked as well, using simply his eyes, as they were enhanced by Azo. Whistling, he commented. "Not bad. Those ancients had some style to their architecture. Definitely better looking than most recent towns. Smells better too." He joked a bit, though he did honestly find the scent of the natural jungle more pleasant than the artifical smell of towns.

Jack paid no attention to him. He made his way towards the entrance at the base of the temple, looking around. Well, they were here first, it looked like.

As Kakeru walked, Azo quickly took over, sniffing around a bit, and keeping his senses alert. Something had gotten him alert, but he couldn't tell quite what yet.

There was nothing this time, unlike with the Lights.
Drake walked in, looking around. There, up ahead, was the sword, imbedded in the stone.

Kakeru quickly wrenched control back from Azo and walked in, gazing at the sword. "Mind if I grab it? I don't intend to keep it, but if it's got some sort of mind-affecting curse or trap on it, I'm likely far more suitable to prevent it. Or if there's a pitfall. Or an explosion." He said with a chuckle, but full well serious about the whole thing.

"No," he said, lifting his arm and scanning it with his Morpher, "The area seems safe enough. This is easier," he commented.

Azo pulled back into control again, and growled a bit. "Then explain this feeling of negativity I'm getting. It might be an ambush, rather than a trap." He said rather bluntly.

"Could be," Drake said, looking around, "Or your feeling could be wrong."

Azo growled a bit more, fighting the urge to snap and bark at him. "My feelings are never wrong. Not once in my entire life." He said sharply.

He hesitantly reached for the sword, "I don't know you, so I don't know if that's right or not."

"If you're going to grab it, don't hesitate, dammit. Grab it or move aside." Azo snapped, a bit irritated. He knew that certain old curses worked on hesitation and fear, as well as hesitation giving openings for an ambush. He was definitely the paranoid type, but for good reason.
