Objective: To create a “perfect utopia” at any cost..including the obliteration of all they deem unworthy, and the destruction and recreation of our world.
Alignment: Lawful Evil/Chaotic Evil
History: Ouroboros is an empire that has existed for an unknown period, but have come to see themselves as the “saviors” of all living things, controlling the rise and fall of certain worlds and spreading their influence to many others. They seek to bring about the collapse of reality and remaking it as a paradise ruled over by their god. The Majin serve the empire and even make up most of their ranks. Despite their horrendous actions, many of them try to justify their actions. All of Ouroboros answers
to the High Emperor and none dare disobey him. They see Ryujin, along with any who ally with him, or oppose their way, as enemies.
Member List: Majin are categorized by ranks, the greater one’s capabilities, the higher a rank they recieve.

Objective: Ensure that Wizards stay around to fight Phantoms
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
History: The White Wizards were the first magic users to appear, back in the days of King Arthur. Exact information is sketchy as they were an insanely secretive group. What is known is that they were the first to create magic rings and use them. Merlin may or may no have been one, as well as Morgan La Fae. Each one communicates with the Wizard they help via a specific white PlaMonster.
Member List: No one knows. All of the White Wizards wear the same robes and even then they rarely appear in person, letting their white PlaMonsters do their bidding for them.

Group Name: Power Rangers GodSpeed (Turboranger)
Objective: Defeat the Black Pantheon
Alignment: Good
History: The GodSpeed technology was created when the Black Pantheon began to awaken slowly, causing destruction upon the Earth, in increments at first, but growing. The enemy had an element of speed that made it impossible for anyone to keep up with their battles outside of a Clock Up (which was much faster). The Godspeed was created to match the Black Pantheon's speed.

Only those of a certain body composition could handle the speed, even if it wasn't up to the Clock Up speeds, it was still moving at a constantly higher speed. Five people were chosen and trained for the sole sake of defeating the Pantheon.

Objective: Destroy the world and remake it to their liking

History: The Pantheon's origins are unknown. They appeared many centuries ago, possibly being where myths from various mythologies came from. At some point they were sealed for centuries, until they awakened a few years ago, slowly starting to do damage anywhere they could. Only those who could Clock Up could fight them for a time, until the Godspeed project was created to counter them.

Group Name: Gray Snow
Objective: Fight for whomever hires them
Alignment: Neutral
History: This mercenary unit formed under the direction of an unknown man who took on the name of "Ravinn Wolf" shortly before the unit's creation. Based out of an uninhabited island in the area around China, the unit was formed from trained professionals from various countries who had no qualms about fighting and killing. From soldiers to professional fighters, they were all trained again and again with a myriad of weapons at their disposal.

Group Name: Lost Heaven
Objective: Destroy things and cause terror in the world
Alignment: Evil
History: Another organization created by Ravinn Wolf (albeit his leadership is kept hidden, so as not to connect the two groups), Lost Heaven serves as a terrorist cell. Based off of the same island, and anywhere else that Ravinn needs them, the group is formed of members of Gray Snow, along with those whom simply serve Lost Heaven. This is purely a terrorist organization, with its sole goal to be to destroy things and put countries at unrest. It also helps to have them active, so Gray Snow can be hired in some instances to stop them, thus funneling money back to Ravinn.

Objective: Each member has their own agenda, rarely do they work together for a common goal
Alignment: Depends on the member, Neutral as a whole
History: Long ago in Feudal Japan, a group of eight assassins were hired by the Emperor to do his dirty work in the shadows. Now in the modern times they are killers for hire operating from the mobile island fortress Viper's Nest, each with their own secret agenda. There can only be 8 members (though they can have numerous subordinates if they want) so to become an Orochi you must kill an Orochi and take their position for yourself.

History: In the far off 40th century, the entire galaxy is under the tight grip of the evil Deus Empire and its tyrant leader, The Spiral Emperor. They have had control over the galaxy for several hundred years and their doesn't seem to wane with the passing of time. Now the Resistance's last hope is in the past and the heroes they hope to find there.

Objective: Ensure Wizards continue too exist, and destroying Phantoms
Alignment: Lawful Neutral(?)
History: The exact history, membership, and origins is sketchy as best. They have done well to erase themselves from history. However, Wizards do know the(?) story. White Wizards have been seen since Arthurian times. These cloaked Wizards appear to grant Wizards powers when new powers are created. They have also been known to leave the materials for new stones or otherwise indirectly assist them. In their long history no one seems to have known the people behind a White Wizard's mask; if they did they didn't know for long. Most don't seem to detransform. They usually communicate through a white version of their perferred PlaMonster; one might use Garuda and one might use Unicorn.
