Group Name: The Shadows of Ikazuchi
Objective: To preserve the teachings of "Ikazuchi"; as well as the pursuit of the personal interests of the group's current leaders.
Alignment: Neutral
History: The Ninja Academy of Ikazuchi, an academy long since vanished from the face of the planet, was one of the greatest of the Ninja academies that existed in its time. It however suffered from decay from within, as the numbers of its disciples diminished, and its Headmasters became corrupt. The academy itself would simply go on to disappear until present day in which the name of "Ikazuchi" would re-surface as this organization was founded. Although no better than a simple group of misfits, the current generation of Ikazuchi which to resurrect and preserve the teachings of the Academy of Ikazuchi and prove its superiority to others.
Member List: KabutoRaiger and KuwagaRaiger; As well as numerous Ninjas at whom answer to the beck and call of the Gouraigers. May acquire additional members in the future, depending on the interaction shared between the Gouraigers and others.

Group Name: GUYS (Guards for Utility Situation)
Objective: To defend Japan.
Alignment: Good
History: Known for trying to defend Japan but Ultraman saves Japan everytime. Now they defend Japan from foot soldier monsters. GUYS were formed in 1987 the time where Ultraman monsters were active. They tried to destroy monsters since then but stopped and now they are a type of mercenary group (But one that does not need to be playing.)
