Objective: The destruction of the modern world--reconstruction of the world for only Androids and Monsters, a world created in the image of Professor Gill Ishinomori's definition of "his world".
Alignment: Evil
History: Formed in the 1960's, DARK was the name of the Organization that Professor Gill Ishinomori would found sometime after his refusal into the collection of the world's greatest minds at the time. Feeling extremely vengeful, and that his scientific theories and beliefs were looked down upon--he enviously developed a means to counter the science of the era. The construction of Mechanical Inhumanoids who would follow Gill's orders as he decreed. During this, Gill had also developed a leader for his creations--an Android named Hakaider, however Hakaider rebelled time and time again, eventually killing Gill's body causing the Professor to have his brain placed in Hakaider. Following this, Hakaider destroyed the lab and escaped--since then DARK has been considered destroyed, yet there are remnants scattered across Japan and Gill plots to reconstruct DARK one day to resume his decades old plan.

Objective: To help Kamen riders (and other hero's) to defeat monsters.
Alignment: Good
History: Shosora got the idea to make a Kamen rider club when another school had one. He decide to get the club ready when Shosora was 18 and finally opened it when he was 19. Only people who knew or who found out the secret location would get access into club. Shosora even wrote a booklet with clues in finding the club. The club has three locations, Tokyo Tower repair shed, Niigata College and Kyoto Temple.

Group Name: Interpol
Objective: Varies, keeping the peace (arguable)
Alignment: Gray, very very gray
History:
The first significant move towards creating INTERPOL was in 1914 at the First International Criminal Police Congress. Police officers, lawyers and magistrates from 14 countries gathered in Monaco to discuss arrest procedures, identification techniques, centralized international criminal records and extradition proceedings. However, World War I delayed this initiative and it was not until 1923 that Interpol was founded at the Second International Police Congress in Vienna as the International Criminal Police (ICP). Founding members were Poland, Austria, Belgium, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, and Yugoslavia. The United States joined INTERPOL in 1923, and the United Kingdom joined in 1928.

Following the Anschluss (Austria's annexation by Germany) in 1938, the organization fell under the control of Nazi Germany, and the Commission's headquarters were eventually moved to Berlin in 1942. From 1938 to 1945, the presidents of Interpol included Otto Steinhäusl, Reinhard Heydrich, Arthur Nebe, and Ernst Kaltenbrunner. All were generals in the SS, and Kaltenbrunner was the highest ranking SS officer executed after the Nuremberg Trial.

After the end of World War II in 1945, the organization was revived as the International Criminal Police Organization by European Allies of World War II officials from Belgium, France, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. Its new headquarters were established in Saint-Cloud, a town on the outskirts of Paris. They remained there until 1989, when they were moved to their present location, Lyon.

Until the 1980s Interpol did not intervene in the prosecution of Nazi war criminals in accordance with Article 3 of its Constitution forbidding intervention in "political" matters.

Following this, Interpol began to invest in other technologies when monsters began to become more prevalent in the world. The leader of Interpol during this time period ended up making the organization more of a military force, playing spy games for years and using covert missions for assassinations, sabotage, and the like. Interpol also began to begin work on stronger weapons, including Ranger and Rider powers.

As they gained technology, they used it, such as the Kaizo Ningen conversions, and the Busters systems. They work black ops programs, along with their normal duties of international police cooperation, having fallen into very gray morality.

Objective: Create weaponry for the military
Alignment: Good
History: Alexandra and Jason Reagan's father, along with his brothers, started the business around a decade ago. Reagan Applications was made to be a weapons contractor, creating weapons for the government, and equipment, such as EMP hardened vehicles.

As of now the company is doing very well, but is indebted to Ravinn Wolf, though that knowledge is secret.

Group Name: CIPHRA
Objective: To "monopolize" the Arms Industry, as well chaos itself. Spreading it across the World and creating an evolved warfare in a time still viewed as "primitive". The distribution of pseudo-futristic weaponry, Mechanoids, and even Mechanical Inhumanoids being the main form of trade from Agents of CIPHRA to groups such as PMCs, and even Terrorist groups who purchase from 'them'. The ultimate intention of CIPHRA's leader is to drown the world in chaos, and ultimately cause a World War that will destroy all forms of civilization.
Alignment: Lawful Evil
History: Hailing from a time far ahead of our own present day, the organization known as CIPHRA is actually led by a mysterious individual--a futuristic criminal no less--by the nickname of Null. A powerful individual with access to resources unlike anyone else, he escaped to the present through unknown means. Now in the present he recreated his organization of CIPHRA which was previously almost destroyed in the future--hoping to initiate his plan of creating a new era of warfare that will ultimately cause the Earth to destroy its own civilizations. The fancy of CIPHRA is tapping into the greed of Human's as well as their negative desires, and supplying them with the means to achieve those desires--such as weaponry, or robotic soldiers.

History: Formed by Kaori during her 1st year at Subaraboshi. She remained the sole member for awhile until she recruited classmates and fellow Sailor Scouts Ayumi Hino and Tsuki Kenshin. Now they hang out in the basement and do research (mainly just hanging out).

Group Name: Skyring Patrol
Objective: To combat the threat of the Pseudocracy
Alignment: Lawful Good
History: In 2002, a long series of high-profile assassinations in UN and NATO propelled the Pseudocracy to priority status. The two world powers decided that something needed to be done before the Pseudocracy caused any more serious damage. So, they sank billions of dollars into a flying ring-shaped craft which became known as the Skyring, and gave the task force that was to inhabit it it's name: the Skyring Patrol.
This group of specially chosen men and women, from soldiers to engineers to technicians, chosen to serve and combat possibly the greatest threat the world has seen. In 2007, they learned of the existence of the Pseudocrats when a Pseudocrat decimated an entire unit of Sky Troopers single-handedly. The tech people began brainstorming, coming up with two sets of high-powered armor meant to be worn by specially chosen agents, for the sole purpose of combatting Pseudocrats.
Recently, work was completed on the KnightLeon, a mech for Skyknight to battle. In addition, a special force with stronger technology was formed to combat weak Pseudocrats when the Riders are occupied, named the Atmospheric Drop Guardians, or ADG.

Group Name: Pseudocracy, known to the world as Justifier Industries
Objective: Reshape the world in their image
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
History: Justifier Industries was founded in 1999 by Daniel McKenna. He originally wanted to use Justifier as a weapons designer, obtaining contracts with the British military, before an unknown event sometime in 2001 caused McKenna to snap and reshape Justifier into the Pseudocracy in secret. He created the V1 armor for his own purposes, giving it to his brother Joseph and continuing with other work. In 2006, a team of Pseudocracy scientists found the notes of one Dr. Otto Aramus, who experimented on genetic manipulation during WW2 in an attempt to create the super soldier for the Nazis. He used these notes to genetically engineer both paid and kidnapped "volunteers" into the first Pseudocrats. He plans to use these Pseudocrats to take over the world.
Unfortunately, Justifier was not providing significant enough funding to keep up Daniel's work, so the Pseudocracy branched out into other, more conventional forms of crime. The Psedocracy are currently one of the most powerful criminal organizations on the planet, single-handedly running the largest kidnap for ransom ring on the planet and employing several thousand criminals globally, powerful enough to merit the creation of a special UN task force to deal with them.

Group Name: Mijimena Mono ( The Wretched Ones)
Objective: To enslave human kind and destroy all hero's.
Alignment: Evil
History: When the sacred Jigoku (Hell) seal was broken after a land slide the Mijimena mono started to escape and gather. They firstly hid because of the lack of people they have but more started go through after being born from Jigoku world's river. They started to attack the humans in 1936 and started to brain wash Japanese soldiers to attack there own soldiers. Unfortunately they were stopped when Fat man and little boy hit Hiroshima. They have been waiting for enough soldiers for a big invasion but they decided to weaken Japan first on 2006 when they had 20,000 soldiers but if they succeeded in taking Japan they would do the whole world.
