Scars/ Tattoo’s/ Other markings: Various scars all over his body, from years of combating Orgs. On his left wrist is a tattoo of a serpent wrapped around the wrist, and across his back is a tattoo of two large reptilian wings.
Accessories: Ryuga almost constantly carries around a metallic case filled with cigarettes. Strangely, he never has a lighter, and nobody ever sees him light the cigarettes. Also, when cooking, he pulls his long hair back into a tail, held in place with a long black tie, with little ornate silver tips.
Clothes: More often than not, Ryuga is seen wearing multiple layers, due to having a naturally low body heat, as well as to add protection to his body to lessen damage from Org attacks. His legs are covered in fairly plain black slacks, covered with black leather chaps, which are worn specifically to protect his legs during kicks and when travelling by horseback or motorcycle. On his feet are a pair of thick leather boots, lined with metal plates for extra protection, over thick black socks, which reach just below the knee. Finally, over his torso, he wears one of two button-up shirts, covered by a custom jacket, which can be worn partially-opened or fully closed.
Anything Else? Anyone who takes a good look at Ryuga's left arm will see that it is constantly wrapped in pale gray bandages, though he refuses to acknowledge them when asked. However, he becomes incredibly angry when the loose ends are touched, or an attempt is made to remove them.

Strengths:
- Dedicated: Ryuga is extremely dedicated, both to his students and to his goals. As such, he holds both very dearly.
- Caring: After seeing hundreds of warriors fall over the many, many years, Ryuga has learned to cherish every moment he can get with his allies, becoming a very caring mentor to his apprentices, often cooking elaborate feasts for them.
- Great Leader: Due in part to his centuries of experience, and in part to his natural skill, Ryuga is an expert leader, able to command an army with motions alone. However, his true skill lies in using the individual skills of his allies to their fullest potential.

- Secretive: For one reason or another, Ryuga is immensely secretive, rarely sharing any information he deems to be unnecessary.

- Eve Doyle/GaoFang: The elder of Ash's two apprentices. Much closer to Ryuga's age, Ryuga relies on her to help keep Rhett in line.
- GaoRangers: The other GaoRangers, who Ash has, as of yet, not had much interaction with, if any. However, he still sees them as allies in arms.

Henshin Device: G-Burst: A small device strapped to Ryuga's right wrist, silvery gray in color and shaped vaguely like a wyvern, with the head and tail pulled into itself and the wings wrapped around the wrist strap. When activated with "Gao Access", the shaped unfolds into a fully-formed wyvern, and flies off, energizing Ryuga.
Henshin Sequence: Ryuga pulls the G-Burst over to his bandaged arm, pressing the button before holding his arm forward and yelling "Gao Access", the G-Burst flying off and enlarging, wrapping around Ryuga to form the GaoAsh suit.
Forms:
- Form Name: GaoAsh Sealed Form
Image/ Description: A solemn ash-gray suit, with designs based on various dragons. The suit is similar to the standard GaoRanger suits, with two mirrored sets of five gold stripes, as well as a faint scale pattern. Around the shoulders and arms is the form of a wyvern, the tail wrapped around the upper right arm, and the head resting on the left elbow, with the wings acting as a split cloak over the left arm, with a small gap for the head. Wrapped around the left arm as well is a crimson chain, not much thicker than a thin rope, ending in small triangular bits, almost like little arrowheads or daggers. Finally, the helmet is themed after GaoVern's head, with a single, somewhat small horn on the top middle.

- Roboros Ringer: A black chakram derived from Gao Roboros, with multiple thin, sharp edges.

History
Long ago, many many years before modern civilization, there was an ancient battle. But the battle was no ordinary one, but rather, a battle between one man, and a race of demons know as the Org, which drew power from human suffering. In these times, the Orgs were simple nature spirits, who had gone mad from some means of corruption, oft negative human emotions. As they fed from these emotions, they grew stronger, and the duty to slay them fell to one man at the time, a warrior by the name of Ashe. Many years passed, and no matter how many Orgs fell, Ash could never slay them all, as more kept being born of the negative emotions of mankind. So, on his death bed, Ashe made a vow. He would return once in a generation, born anew, to slay the Orgs and protect mankind. And true to his word, every generation, he was reincarnated into a new form, to fight the Org menace. Eventually, one of his reincarnations met with the original Gao Warriors, who were established to fight the Orgs, and inspired Ashe to join their group, becoming the first version of Gao Ash, and meeting his partner, Gao Vern. Many years later, nearly present day, the latest reincarnation of Ash was born, a Japanese child named Ryuga.
This child was born to a single mother by the name of Tatsugami Miri, a famous chef known through the popular program "Iron Chef". As such, through much of his young life, Ryuga was exposed to the art of cooking, and grew to love it, desiring to become a professional chef like his mother. After graduating from highschool, he enrolled into a cooking school for his college years, then into an international program, which had him travelling the world to learn from various master chefs. It was during this that he met the love of his life, his future wife, Cecile le Fleur. After their graduation, they married at age twenty-eight, Cecile giving birth to a healthy son, which they named Mikail. These years were very happy for Ryuga, and he'd wished they'd last forever. However, fate had other plans. One fateful day, as Ryuga returned home from a catering job he'd had that day, he arrived to see his house ablaze, and to hear the screams of his wife. Rushing in without hesitation, he came face to face with the culprit, a monster he'd never seen before. However, it felt familiar. It was an Org. Before him lay his wife's body, now cold and lifeless. In his grief and rage, Ryuga charged the Org, fearing not for his own life. However, before the Org could strike him down, four jewels appeared, flying in front of Ryuga and knocking back the Org, before flying to Ryuga, and forming a rhombus pattern, as a long sword formed around them. As he took the sword in hand, memories flooded his mind, memories of past lives and past battles. Taking his ancient stance, he quickly struck down the Org, before falling to his knees in tears, mourning the loss of his wife.
Shortly after, the firefighters arrived, putting out the fire and taking Ryuga and the remains of Cecile from the burning building. A few days later, a funeral service was held, at which Ryuga told Mikail that he couldn't stay, and that he'd leave enough funds for Mikail to live comfortably for a few years. It was days later that Ryuga seemingly vanished from the public eye. In truth, he'd left to take up his destined burden, becoming Gao Ash to slay the Orgs. Indeed, he was more than happy to do so. He didn't want anyone to have to suffer the same loss he had.

It was a warm summer day. Ryuga stood in the kitchen within Gao Whale, preparing to prepare a meal. His knives sharpened, cutting boards prepared, ingredients sorted and stocked, spices organized, the works. So, he went about his cooking. First, he sliced the vegetables, sliced to the perfect thickness. Then came the herbs, sliced and diced and chopped to a fine, nearly powder-like state. Finally, next came the meat, diced to perfect proportions, tenderized perfectly, and gently rubbed with a special marinade. Now, with preparations finished, it was time to cook. Pulling out a large wok, Ryuga used a bit of vegetable oil, a bt of sake, and a touch of cooking sherry to prepare the wok, before adding the ingredients, first meats, then vegetables, and finishing with the herbs, as well as some choice spices. After a bit of time stir-frying, Ryuga pulled the wok from the fire, and began plating the dish. Three perfect servings of excellent stir-fry, ready to eat. A great meal for a great summer day.
