Overview: Joseph is not strictly in possession of all of his marbles, and is fully aware of it. He embraces his psychosis, considers it a liberation from the general reason and moral code everyone else has to follow. He is entirely without morals, and it's freeing. He's the kind of person who will take an old person's cane, beat them to death with it, then break the cane over his knee and walk away. He can do whatever he wants without any sort of regret or remorse haunting him, and what he wants to do is painfully murder every single last person involved with the Tomorrow Project. From GokaiRed all the way down to Joe Schmo the janitor. He considers it justice for what they did to him.

Henshin Sequence: He flips open his Mobirates and Key, and says something usually along the lines of "The Project shall fall", inserts the key and gives it a good twist, causing his armor to form in a flash of red and black light.

Fighting Style: He uses a careful style, with lots of feints and sucker punch type attacks and lots of dodging.
Weapons: The GokaiAutos, a pair of fully automatic pistols styled after modern 9-mil pistols, and the GokaiBlade, a long, straight sword.
Abilities: He has a number of Nemesis Keys which allows him to transform into several villains, including but not limited to: Guardnoid Gush, Rouki, Yami no Yaiba, Bio Hunter Silva, Inazuma Ginga, et cetera.
Finisher(s): Nightmare Blast- He puts a Nemesis Key into each Gokai Auto and aims as they announce, "FIIIIIINAL WAAAAAAAVE!" in noticeably deeper voices. He says nothing, aims and fires, releasing two powerful lasers, red from one and black from another. They twist and cross in transit and hit as sort of a one-two punch, obliterating the target.
Nightmare Cutter- He puts a Nemesis Key into his GokaiBlade and it announces a Final Wave. He takes a stance and swings, firing out a powerful red energy slash.
Nightmare Wave- Done with a single Auto and the GokaiBlade, he fires a red laser and the slash. The slash and the laser hit separately as a one-two punch.

History
Joseph was raised as a very optimistic child. His family loved him, and his mother's catchphrase was, "The future will always be bright". When he was 5, his parents died in a car wreck, and he was sent to a foster home. He tried his hardest to continue believing that the future was bright, but his foster life was terrible. The parents were horrible, abusive people, and he slowly came to the realization of how bleak the future truly was. To keep his already frayed mind from finally breaking, he buried himself in his studies, becoming a very smart child and becoming an technology expert. He graduated from university with a bachelor's degree in science and technology, and the future finally seemed bright again. He returned two years later to get his PhD, and received a job offer from the Tomorrow Project upon graduating. He accepted, and immediately went to work, becoming nearly pivotal in the development of the Gokaiger suits
While with the Tomorrow Project, Joseph noticed that a couple of his coworkers didn't seem to particularly like him. It started small, office pranks and other suck shenanigans, but it escalated until they framed him for stealing some important info. Joseph was let go, and all of the abuses of his foster life came back in an instant, and his mind snapped like a twig. When security tried to escort him out, he killed each and every one and took many of his former coworkers hostage, copying all of the technical data for the Project then shooting his way out through the Project security and the police, escaping and vanishing for several years. In this time, he actually was living in the Japanese countryside, developing his magnum opus: the GokaiKiller suit and its Nemesis Keys. He performed all the testing on his own body, causing significant damage, but his purpose kept him moving. He is now planning his return with a grand assault on the Project HQ, hopefully to meet as many Gokaigers as possible.

He lovingly picked up the red, black and gold Mobirates in his hand. He held it as if he might break it, as if it were an egg. He cast his eyes over to the large pile of keys on the side of his desk.
"The Project shall fall. Even if the effort claims my life, it shall be done." Joseph muttered, picking up his own GokaiKiller Key. "I swear it. I have become Faust himself. I shall no fail after paying such a price. I cannot."
