Sakurai and Raina had been brought to the Interpol facility that was situated in Britain for the time being, where the other Buster equipment was currently being stored. They would get equipped here - Sakurai would get his power back, and a mecha, apparently.
When their plane landed, Sakurai followed the agent whom had brought them out.

Raina followed Sakurai out, looking around. This was her first time to a foreign country...but she didn't have much to say.

"We'll brief you on your new roles soon enough," the agent said, supplying a Morphin Blaster to Sakurai, "To replace yours."
"Thank you," he said.

"He was one of us," she said, not saying anything more, though she sounded bitter as she continued on ahead.

He cast his glance down and kept walking.
