Rei strode through another section of the artificial landmass...so far Tia had been helpful, but most of the people had shunned or avoided her, quaking in their boots. But, she roamed, taking in the sights, in the usual white sleeveless t-shirt and blue jeans, with her jacket slung over her shoulder.

After the encounter in the apartment complex, Ryuuji had completely emptied his safe and now carried the rather heavy contents in a duffel bag over his shoulder. The guns rattled as he walked, to where he had left his car. Upon returning to Atlantis to help with the cleanup, he had borrowed a car from the city and had left it nearby. He clicked a button on the keyfob and the car light blinked as he walked towards his car, not noticing the woman at his 4 o' clock.

Rei perceived the car blinking, and turned to look at it..., then regarded the man walking towards it. He seemed different from the other human beings here....

Ryuuji dumped the bag in the backseat, and the corner caught on the doorframe. A ripping sound echoed out as a pair of handguns tumbled out of the bag.
"Son of a bitch..." Ryuuji muttered as he crouched to retrieve the dropped guns.

Ryuuji jumped a little, turning and noticing Rei. "Nah, I got it." Ryuuji said, tossing the guns in then attempting to push the bag further in. He only succeeded in widening the tear, thus allowing a shotgun to tumble out. He cursed under his breath as he bent to retrieve it as well.

Rei was quicker...retrieving it, and picking it up...looking at it curiously before shrugging and handing it to him, handle first. "If you're sure." she gave. "Are you like those NEXT people?"

"Similar. I'm from Project WEAPON." Ryuuji said, untangling the bag and shoving it in, then placing the shotgun on top and closing the car door. "Have you met someone from NEXT?"

"Apparently we have company." Ryuuji said. Suddenly, a Stinger burst from the ground to Rei's left, swinging at her head. A few Stingers popped up to attack Ryuuji, but a few shots disposed of them fairly quickly.

Rei leaned back matrix style, watching the blade fly over her head, grabbing the wrist of it, and pulling the arm around, out of socket, leveling a kick to its side, before jumping up, getting a little elevation as she kicked it in the head, destroying it. Her hand went instinctively to her open jacket, reaching and taking out the Blast Shot, her personal weapon.
