Overview: A romantic at heart, Halldor is reluctant to engage in his companions' efforts to stop Jayce. He prefers to lead an easy life, instead of get his hands dirty. He comes across to those who know him better as a bit selfish. Halldor remains relaxed at most times, though his anger is quite sharp.

History

Halldor was born and raised on Sei. He had energy wings, which, at the time, were becoming the norm of natives of Sei. He never really noticed much. He believed one's wing type shouldn't be who they are.

He passed through school and learned of the myth of the Tensora Cards. He believed it to be nothing more than a parable, and didn't set much store in the myth. He preferred to follow the route of discovering other worlds and their cultures. So, when he finally left education, he chose to become a cultural investigator. He spent a few years away from Sei on a ship called the Axiom, investigating newfound planets and their cultures.

In an unexpected turn of events, Halldor was called back to Sei for an important task. Sei was dying. He had been recruited by someone called "Jayce" for a mission to save it by finding the apparently real Tensora Cards on another planet. Earth. On the way to Earth, Jayce and some of his men mutinied, attacking the rest of the crew. Halldor stood against them with Lyude and his companions. He, like the others, was ejected from the ship and sent to the planet surface.

"This is Halldor of the Axiom. Go ahead." A coded message had arrived for Halldor. For his eyes only. His voice activation key opened the message, and he began to read.

Sei is dying. Reasons are classified. You have been selected to join a mission to another planet to find a way to save our own world.

The sender hadn't bothered to sign their name. And the protection it carried meant the origin couldn't be traced. Still, he felt obligated to return to his apparently dying home.

"Yliaster, can you get me access to a shuttle?" he tapped a button on the wall. A grim voice answered with the affirmative. "Sei is apparently going to die."
