The year is 2335. Earth is barely holding on to it's natural resources. Most of Earth is now powered by solar power, harvested on gigantic towers reaching into space known as Orbital Elevators. The three are Heaven's Pillar, Babel's Tower, and Angel's Blade. The three Elevators have commercial lines running to and from the surface several times a day, and there are military installations on various places on each pillar, even in space. Unlike the optimistic views of the future, even after all these years, humanity continues to bicker and fight, whether it be over resources, territory, or even ethnicity.
People have also been leaving Earth since 2330 to travel to newly formed space colonies, of which there are four so far, Anthares, Zeus, Aquarius and Veda. The colonies are based on massive ships, and mostly live in harmony with each other. However, recently, a group calling themselves OZ has taken over the Zeus Colony and is actively attempting to conquer the other colonies. In addition to that, they face attacks from deep space enemies only referred to as UE, or Unknown Enemy.
In 2300, the greatest breakthrough in military technology to date was made when a coalition of scientists revealed their project, the RX-78 Mobile Armor Combat Suit, codenamed "Gundam". Since then, almost all wars have been fought in Mobile Suits, the very few that weren't were settled with heavy artillery and were often one-sided. Many groups have gotten their hands on Mobile Suits, but there are rumors. Rumors of Mobile Suits made from a ultra-rare metal known as Gundanium, or Luna Titanium, which makes the Suit stronger, faster and more resilient than a normal Suit. These suits are known as "Gundams", after the first Mobile Suit created, which is still regarded as the greatest.
Recently, small groups have been popping up, and shown to be in possession of Gundams. These groups use these Gundams for several purposes: resisting conquerors, ending war, personal goals, et cetera.
Now, you decide: will you be a Gundam pilot, fighting for... whatever it is you happen to fight for, or a soldier, piloting a Mobile Suit for the advancement of your military's cause? Or will you be a civilian, standing by and giving moral support (which, let's face it, you probably won't be content doing)?
YOU WILL DECIDE!
