Takamina smiled, walking in before Courtney. "Max?" she asked. The boy in the bed, no older than ten or eleven, looked up at her and smiled brightly.

While Courtney was doing that, Takamina and Max were talking about everything under the sun. It made her glad, really... that she was carrying on a normal conversation with someone else, instead of questions about her idol life.
