The entire volley of fire caused the Worm to squick in pain, before it finally had enough. It collapsed to its knees before the green shell started to move and 'bubbled', before cracks appeared.

"See for yourself. Men, fall back." The ZECTroopers slowly backed away as more cracks appeared on the worm before the shell 'casted off'. It now took a new form and it crackled sinisterly. Hercus knew what was coming and readied his hand on the pad on the side of his belt. |

He lowered his stance, getting ready to move quickly, but not ready to Clock Up yet.

The monster crackled and it violently ran towards them, its claws aimed for the two riders. Hercus fired his Kunai AxeGun while keeping one hand still near his Clock Up pad as the Worm came closer.

Joji leapt forward and ducked down, throwing a hook into its chest followed by a rapid series of punches, attempting to be wary of Souji's attack, hoping not to take shots.

Souji pulled his gun up, seeing TheBee taking it close quarters. While the punches did seem impressive, it did nothing more than to just make the Worm flinch a few times. It then swung its claw at the bee rider.

Joji took the hit and was knocked aside, hitting the ground hard. It didn't help that he already had a bad hit to the chest at the start of the fight. He wasn't having an easy time getting back up.

"Bee's hit!" Souji shouted. "ZECTroopers, cover fire!"
His men obeyed and fired a volley of shots at the Worm and Hercus rushed to TheBee to check on him, with the Worm taking notice...

...It happened so fast...One moment Hercus was running to the bee rider and the next moment, he was flipped over and spiraled before crashing headfirst into the ground. The impact was enough to leave a small concussion and his view blurred and he felt dazed. He then saw his ZECTroopers having the same fate, all were up in the air before landing harshly onto the concrete floor, with most knocked out and he saw the Worm finally stop buzzing around.
It looked at its fallen opponents and growled in triumph.
(its a fancy way of sayin' they got owned by the worm's clock up)

"Shit," Joji muttered, rolling onto his stomach and looking out. This wasn't good, not at all. He'd do something, but he didn't think he could. He felt too weak to get back up, but he had to. He had to keep fighting.
He climbed onto his knees at the least and hit his belt.

Souji was still in a daze; his body extremely sore and his team already defeated. He watched helplessly as the Worm clocked up again to face TheBee. His arm was too weak to reach his Clock Up pad.

It snarled and pounced at the rider.

He ducked and rolled under it, spinning around and shooting a few darts out from his Zecter.

The Worm grunted and its leap was stopped. It growled and tried again, this time trying to be more quicker.

The worm phased out of its clock up and stared down at TheBee, not before feeling something hitting the back of its head. It turned around and glared at Souji, who was using the last of his strength to shoot the Worm with the Kunai Gun.
"How hopeless you fools look." The worm spat.
