"Not gonna be easy since we have no idea where it went and that our bodies hurt like hell." Souji replied. "I'm still waiting for another ZECT squadron to show up and take us back to HQ so we can recover a bit."
As if on cue, a white ZECT humvee pulled up to them. A ZECTrooper exited the vehicle and apologized. "Sorry we were late. What happened, sir?"
"Whataya think, bughead?" Souji said. "Look around. The Worm did this."

Joji rose, "I'm not going," he told the new arrivals, "I need to kill it, not go and heal and let someone else do it. It caused people to die, and as a doctor, I need to do something about that."

"Look, I don't like to see people hurt either." Souji replied. "But attempting to help more wounded OR fight that Worm is a bad idea. I say we go back to HQ to get ourselves patched up. ZECT also has some sort of liquid my Zector feeds on it kinda regain its strength back. I forgot what it was called, Formula B?...No that injection is only for Madam Cross. It's a substance, I don't know."

"Alright fine, have it your way." Souji replied. "But Adrenalin can't keep you going forever...once I'm finish recovering, I'll resume the mission."
He then offered. "Do you need any ZECTroopers with you?"

Souji entered the van and clutched his shoulder in slight pain. "Stubborn bee-rider..." The ZECTroopers loaded their injured comrades into another vehicle and before the convoy of humvees were about to drive off, Souji said. "Make your choices wisely. The Worm is probably in a rage right now. Screw up and it will be your last."
The wheels accelerated and they were off.

Joji stumbled along, hurrying as fast as he could. He had to find somewhere to get adrenalin, but where?
This wasn't going to work. He just had to henshin and deal with it.

Souji sat quietly in the humvee awaiting return to base. "Driver, go full speed. We dont have a lotta time."

Joji shot for him as fast as he could, and as soon as he saw the Worm, he opened fire with the needle gun while in Clock Up.

The shots missed as the Worm already buzzed off but the scene around TheBee was pure chaos. So many people were injured and there were little police and ambulences around witg cries and pleas for help coming from every corner.

He took out his phone again and scrolled down his contacts. "Soldier, check the current status of Madam Cross and her SHADOW team."

Joji leapt for it, throwing out a punch as hard as he could. He had to switch to melee, he figured. But he was lacking strength, filled with pain.

"Sir, they are not available at the moment." a ZECTrooper answered, much to Souji's dismay. "Shit, where the hell could they be at a time of crisis?"
Fortunately they were arriving to HQ.

Joji hit the ground and rolled, lashing a kick straight up for its chest, attempting to confuse it with the way he chose to move an attack now.
