Anna had decided to take a break from tracking down a Phantom for a bit. So she decided to unwind with a bit of blackjack at a casino near the club she worked at. She kept a pair of sunglasses on in an obvious attempt to hide where her eyes went. Anna went in with twenty bucks she was prepared to lose. And Anna was up... negative 30.

Vegas? Well, he was getting some tales of some interesting artifacts. Were they Precious? Well, probably. They probably weren't lost treasures by any means, so that would mean Precious.
He walked into the casino and took off his hat, carrying it as he walked around. At least in his suit he didn't look out of place.

As a waitress walked by, Anna called her over. "Can I get a Pepsi on the rocks?" Anna asked. The waitress walked away and Anna handed her a ten as a tip. "Keep the change darling" she said before turning back to the cards. And... bust. Anna sighed and walked away once the waitress returned. After getting her drink - and getting her digits - she walked towards the bar.

He lifted his wrist, pulling his sleeve back a little.
Something was getting a reading in here. He headed towards the bar. He couldn't get an exact fix, but that way.

Tristan's eyes were immediately drawn to her hands. Were those magic Rings on her fingers, or was he drunk again? Being unable to see pink elephants yet, he decided that they were Rings, and, if she was a wizardess, she would see his.

As Anna walked towards the bar she noticed his hands. Rings eh? So she was among magic users tonight. That was fine with her. She sat down next to Tristan sipping her drink, being sure to lift her hand so he'd see hers.
