Overview: Ever since he was converted into a Data Avatar, there has been a mental schism splitting Bill and Backspace. Sometimes he's the nice-guy (though a tad nutty) professor Bill and other times he's the e-vil Backspace.
The two aren't yet aware of each others presence though Bill is quite aware of his status as a Data Avatar and is glad. He is glad that he has taken the first step toward the evolution of all mankind. Bill, though, believes this is for the betterment of mankind while Backspace wants to enslave the world that he plans to rebuild in his own malicious image, even pretending to be Control's loyal lackey to reach this end.

Henshin Device: The Psycho Driver, a black belt with a jagged gold N.
Henshin Sequence: The Psycho Driver is activated via a mental trigger causing black energy to be released from the buckle in all directions. A black blizzard then surrounds Backspace, creating Psycho Blue.

Fighting Style: He's sneaky and manipulative preferring others to fight for him and only fighting himself when absolutely necessary.
Weapons: The Psycho Axe
Abilities: Insanely strong armor that can heal itself. Psycho blue improves Backspace's magnetokinesis by leaps and bounds, and the Psycho Axe can create blasts of black icy wind capable of freezing opponents.
Finisher(s): Glacier's End - The Psycho Axe is charged with energy before Backspace slams it against the ground causing multiple pointed black glaciers to suddenly sprout from the ground to pierce multiple opponents.

History
William Nye was born in Washington, D.C., to Jacqueline, a codebreaker during World War II, and Edwin Darby "Ned" Nye, also a World War II veteran. After attending Lafayette Elementary and Alice Deal Junior High in the city, he was accepted to the private Sidwell Friends School on a partial scholarship and graduated in 1973. He studied mechanical engineering (as well as other scientific pursuits) at Cornell University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1977.
Nye began his career in Seattle at Boeing, where, among other things, he starred in training films and developed a hydraulic pressure resonance suppressor still used in the 747. Later, he worked as a consultant in the aeronautics industry. In 1999, he told the St. Petersburg Times that he applied to be a NASA astronaut every few years, but was always rejected.
From 1993 to 1998, he was the host of the popular education show, Bill Nye the Science Guy. America believed this zany scientist was all just a persona of his, but in reality Bill was an actual mad scientist. He even tried to create his own patchwork Frankenstein's monster - all in the pursuit of evolving mankind. The TV execs eventually caught on to how mentally unstable their star was so the show was secretly cancelled after 100 episodes.
In the early 2000s, Bill, single and family-less, took on a young girl who shuffled from house to house thanks to foster care. Her name was Natalie Hart. Bill loved her like a daughter and desperately wanted them to be an actual family, but Natalie left after six weeks of him trying to experiment on her.
He invented numerous technological devices over the years, but only patents the mundane and keeps the really cool stuff in his secret laboratory, like his hover car and shrink ray. He just doesn't think humanity is ready yet for these kind of devices. From 2005 to 2010 Nye was the vice president of The Planetary Society, an organization that advocates space science research and the exploration of other planets, particularly Mars. He became the organization's second Executive Director in September 2010 when Louis Friedman stepped down.
Sometime ago, in early 2012, he was converted into a (incomplete) Data Avatar by the nefarious Control. His pre-conversion personality was still intact and would sometimes switch between that and the e-vil scientist personality Backspace, seemingly at random. Neither are aware of each other, as of now and are left to their own devices.

Sample RP: Bill Nye the Science Guy is working in his lab on his latest invention, the quantum annihilation ray! Why is he building such a device, you may ask, when he specially detests violence. Well that's simple - there's a weed growing in his garden and he just has to get around of it. Too extreme? Bill Nye is all about extreme!
He's humming the theme song to his old show when finally it is complete! He is about to wheel it out back when his eyes turn bright yellow - Backspace has taken over once again!
"Finally my greatest, most e-vil weapon is ready to annihilate everyone in my path to scientific success and the domination of the planet Earth and beyond! All will tremble before the genius of Backspace - the most dastardly e-vil mind eve.......Huh? Why am i raising my fist in villainous triumph?" Bill shrugs his shoulders, "Oh well. Time to fire this baby up!"
He finally wheels it outside before flipping the switch. It charges up before it starts making strange noise and shakes violently.
"Duck and cover!"
Bill ducks behind a nearby bush before the ray gun explodes, taking out his entire garden (and singes off his eyebrows when he looks up for a quick gander).
"Well at least the weeds are gone....."
