Overview: Zanki is one of the oldest currently active Oni. A powerful young man whom possesses strength of mind as well as body, Zanki is someone respected as a superior by even many fellow Oni. He creates his own way of life, using the blood in his body to become an Oni he fights for the safety of those unable to protect themselves as to prevent lives like his own from being created. Having gone through many years of battle and conflict, both physical and emotional, his overall person is sharpened with much experience. Although his age is beginning to catch up with him, he remains a powerful Oni.

Henshin Sequence: After plucking the cords of the Henshin Kigen worn on his left arm, Zanki places it in front of his forehead forming an Oni face. He raises his arm into the air as lightning strikes him with electricity surrounding him while he transforms. In which Zanki emerges from the lightning, now in his Oni form.

Transformation: Zanki stabs his Retsuzan into the ground next to him and pulls out his second Guitar--the Ongeki Shingen Sesshouzan--playing a small guitar solo causing sound to roar out, as a series of lightning bolts strike around him as his body proceeds to "evolve" slightly. His body changing in appearance as his Sesshouzan 'awakens', shedding a cast of its original guitar form and becoming a much larger guitar that functions as a large blade. Zanki resting the Awakened Sesshouzan against his right shoulder as he tears his Retsuzan from the ground with his transformation complete.
Fighting Style: In this form; Zanki no longer relies on punching as much unlike before. With the Sesshouzan he uses it as a large blade to cleave away his enemies, with the Retsuzan acting as a support sword--backing up his attacks with lesser but quicker slashes. If he is left without use of either of his weapons, he may revert to using his initial style of powerful blows--now further enhanced by his new form. Zanki Zoufuku also has access to new Kitojutsu techniques that make use of the Pure Sound and Lightning resonating within his Oni form.

History
Zenichirou Zaitsuhara has known hardship since he was at a very young age. His life having been peaceful and normal, until he reached the age of seven in which he was entrusted into the hands of an Orphanage known as "Youkou Orphanage". His parents, whom had both been Oni had lost their lives to an incredibly powerful enemy--but Zenichirou wouldn't learn the truth of this until he reached the age of fourteen. The man who would go to act as a Father figure for him was the man who served as the previous "Zanki" and once Zenichirou had reached the age of fourteen he would take on Zenichirou as his apprentice and teach him of his 'heritage'.
Beginning the road to becoming a great Oni, he trained under the previous Zanki for several years, having learned of the truth about his parents and their 'duty' thus igniting a fire in his heart for him to carry on. Although the previous Zanki's health would decline with each year due to his age, he strove to teach the young Zenichirou all that he could. It was when Zenichirou reached the age of twenty-one and with his Master defeated a kaijin, that the previous Zanki would officially recognize Zenichirou's training as complete. Following this, the previous Zanki would bestow the Henshin Kigen: Onka as well as the Ongeki Shingen: Retsuzan (with the Ongekishin Zantetsu) and with those items the Oni name of "Zanki". Thus forth the previous Zanki passed away with his duty done, and Zenichirou Zaitsuhara would no longer go by his birth name, only by his inherited name of "Zanki".
Since that day, Zanki has spent his years traveling and helping those in need of help. He has vanquished many monsters during his travels, and has upheld his duty as an Oni to the best of his ability. Yet now Zanki's age is that of fourty-one, and at this rate he too shall end up passing on as his Master had years ago. Although his strength remains strong in both mind and body, he will one day soon require an apprentice. Otherwise the flame of Zanki shall extinguish with no one to uphold the legacy its spawned, until then he continues his fight--his way of life--of preserving and protecting. To some he may be viewed as a Demon, a monster, but to those who recognize the name of "Zanki" he is a Hero.
OOC Stuff
Anything Else: The above "form" of Zanki Zoufuku is something original I came up with, it creates a sort of "equivalent" for Zanki that is similar to Hibiki's Soukou (Armored) form. Also, originally meant to primarily mirror the show's Zanki, I decided to make it more of a parallel Zanki with a similar basis and yet a more original background. He's meant to be a sort of lone wandering Oni who helps others, having become hardened from years of hardship and experience.

"So, they're here. Seems like I can't just catch a break." His eyes narrowed, Zanki looked down upon the scene of what appeared to be three centipede-like monsters festering below. The monsters were seeking for human life to feast upon, as well as destruction to cause, yet they were oblivious to Zanki's presence--the presence of the one whom would stop them. Zanki calmly struck the cords of the Henshin Kigen on his left arm, holding it over his forehead he closed his eyes. A lightning bolt would strike Zanki, changing his form as he let out a yell and suddenly leapt from the cliff towards the monsters.
"HAAA!!" Zanki landed on one of them, lifting his Retsuzan with both hands he cleaved into the monster's back. It letting out a cry as it was injured, Zanki stepping off as he got into stance, holding his Retsuzan firmly. "Focus your attention onto me, for this Oni shadn't let you pass. You deal with the Oni Zanki now!" He said his war cry as he prepared to strike the chords of his Retsuzan. Determination emitting from him as the monsters grew restless and began to charge for him--demonic cries being released from them as they drew closer.
"Come on!" Thus another day's battle for Zanki, raged on.
