Overview: Leon Franchot, frankly, is a complete idiot. He dropped out of high school at the age of fourteen and never once tried to get his G.E.D. Big words hurt his head and he can't count past twelve. He once let himself get bitten by a spider to see if he would develop spider-powers. Another time he walked around down in nothing but his boxers because it was Boxer Day.
Despite his idiocy, Leon is a good guy at heart and really wants to try his best at being a Shinkenger - saving lives, fighting bad guys, and scoring babes! He also really, really likes the 1990's. It's like his religion. Expect him to wear clothes from the 90s, play with toys from the 90s, and speak like he was frozen in the 90s and was just unfrozen in the present day.

History
Leon Franchot was conceived in a drunken hotel room encounter between Gladys Lovegood and Bill Nye, many years ago. Gladys gave birth to little Leon nine months later, but decided not to tell Bill about it who she hadn't seen since that steamy night in the hotel. Not wanting to raise another child while already working as an assassin, Gladys gave Leon up for adoption.
He was adopted by a lonely unmarried woman named Sheryl Franchot. She was very strict with the growing Leo and tended to be a tad overprotective. She made him drop of school at an early age just so he won't be around the other children who she feared would be a bad influence on him with their rap music and liberal ideas. She tried homeschooling him the best she could, but ever since she accidentally dropped him on his head a few times when he was a baby, he was incredibly stupid.
He lived with his mom until he was about twenty-five, but his mom didn't want him to leave the nest - so he snuck out in the dead of night and hasn't been back since. He joined up with a rock band as their roadie with the big dream of forming his own band one day - problem was he sucked at guitar. But don't think that'll stop him from one day living his dream!

Sample RP: Leon Franchot was shredding on his skateboard downtown when he noticed something rather bodacious in a pawn shop window. He really shouldn't have though, as soon as he took his eyes off where he was going - he crashed into a mailbox. Totally not righteous!
He picks himself up and dashes into the pawn shop. He grabs hold of the mondo weird-looking cellphone-like device and brings it to the dude at the register.
"Dude," Leon says, "How much for this whatever it is?"
"Twenty bucks," mumbles the dude, not really paying attention as he flips through a Peoples magazine.
"Deal!"
Leon forks over the cash and holds his new possession for all to see. He wasn't sure what it was, but he felt, in some weird cosmic way, that it was meant to be with him.
What Leon would soon discover was that the object he held in his hand was called a Shodophone and gave its bearer the power to become a Shinkenger!
