Overview: Jedan is an extremely power-thirsty individual who despises his position as underling to Abrella Null. He would love nothing more than to seize CIPHRA for himself, using it as a means to become King of a ruined World. He loves a upper-class lifestyle, as well as exercising his own power. Jedan enjoys making those beneath him know their place through the usage of intimidation and force, also possessing a sharp intellect that even Abrella has come to respect. Jedan is perhaps one of the driving forces behind the development aspect of CIPHRA, being the creator of the E.A.I.’s that his three bodyguards (which are replicas of the original Hakaider) possess.

• Kamen Rider Verde – Standing in front of a reflective surface, Jedan holds out his Advent Deck before tossing it up once and catching it. After that he slots the Deck into his newly-formed belt, and slowly folds his arms as he becomes Kamen Rider Verde. Upon completion of the transformation, he unfolds his arms and laughs darkly.
  
  
• Apollo Geist – Jedan takes his gloves off, putting them into his left pocket, as he crosses his arms over his chest and shouts, “Apollo Change!” slowly uncrossing his arms as he begins to glow as if on fire. Laughing as the glow strengthens; he emerges from the fading glow now in the form of the arms-bearing Apollo Geist. Upon finishing his transformation, Apollo Geist aims his Apollo Shot towards the sky and fires two shots off while laughing.
  
  
• Super Apollo Geist – From his Apollo Geist form, Jedan throws asides his weapons if he had them at that point. Letting out a yell of, “Super Change!” he begins to glow as his body grows increasingly hot; parts of his armor mutating as he emerges from his incredibly bright and hot metamorphosis as Super Apollo Geist. Upon finishing his transformation, Super Apollo Geist steps forward, heat radiating from his body in the form of steam as he struggles a laugh out.

  Fighting Style: As Apollo Geist; He’ll make great usage of his weaponry at-hand, without any of his weapons he is left with use of only his raw strength. He is quite powerful and resilient yet in this form, more so than as Kamen Rider Verde. If he manages to get an enemy in his hold he can use the Apollo Perfecter which is part of his face to drain the strength of others in order to strengthen himself; this keeps him in fights longer, as it sustains his Apollo Core which needs constant re-charging when Jedan becomes Apollo Geist.

  Fighting Style: Now further enhanced than before, Super Apollo Geist doesn’t require his weapons as much although he still normally fights with them. Able to deliver heated blows with his fists and body, his Apollo Perfecter now mutated into something of a knife as well, which he can use to slash and stab enemies—while stabbing them he can drain their energy. He is also a lot quicker in this form, although notably easier to damage due to the added-stress on his physical body.

History

Jedan Youma; a man who extinguished his own past as a Human and gave himself to the organization known as CIPHRA to become an experiment in their hands. Previously holding his own name, as well as his own life as a Human, he allowed CIPHRA to conduct an experiment on him they labeled “Project: APOLLO” to create a cyborg of a quality that surpassed the potential that the Destroyer Android known as Hakaider had. Jedan losing all identity he once had as a Human as he then became a Cyborg of unprecedented capability, trading in all of his human weaknesses for the advantages of being a Cyborg—possessing only 10% of his original body which were his original human organs, save for his heart which was replaced with a unit known as the “Apollo Core”. The Apollo Core being a piece of advanced technology that served as a heart, regulating his blood and fluid flow throughout his entire body, as well as producing the heat needed to sustain Jedan’s life as well as his power when he invokes the menacing “Apollo Change” into his newly acquired cyborg form “Apollo Geist”.

Since the day he underwent this procedure; Jedan gave his genius to CIPHRA, serving as the organization’s number two, under only its supreme leader—Abrella Null. Although Jedan’s ambitions were far bigger than himself, as he held aspirations from a very early point to one day have Abrella Null dealt with so that Jedan himself would gain control of the organization in its entirety. His one desire once he had all the power of CIPHRA in his hands was to reduce the world to a state weak enough that Jedan could appoint himself as its King. Of course, this plan has been in the making since he became the organization’s number two, spending most of his time enjoying his new upper-class lifestyle as he undergoes small destructive operations ordered by Abrella while keeping in-charge of the organization’s entire research and developmental management.

Jedan once personally took part in the massacre of a clan that was part of the World of Shadows—having gone to wipe them out alongside Abrella Null to acquire a piece of technology known as the Doron Changer, which was desired by Abrella for the creation of a new form of Inhumanoid Shinobi Infantry. They never managed to acquire the Doron Changer though, and thus the massacre had landed them empty-handed and forced them to cease their operations in Japan for several years in order to remain a danger in the shadows. Since that event, Abrella hadn’t called upon need for Jedan on the “front lines” leaving him to continue his genius work at the development of new weaponry and creations for the organization itself.

For the past few years; Jedan had been balancing business with pleasure, conducting small-business dealings with various other groups in order to gain their patronage towards CIPHRA itself. Whilst amassing the means to further upgrade himself, root his own position in the organization, and complete a new project that would not only earn him a greater spot in Abrella’s circle but create a unit loyal to only his programming. Having once previously been the one to conduct business with Gill Ishinomori, Jedan had obtained a copy of the data on Gill’s creations as there had been once a time where Gill and Jedan were conspiring against Abrella Null as part of Jedan’s grand plan. This had been ruined during Hakaider’s act of rebellion against Gill that killed his creator physically, thus leaving Jedan only with the data on what Gill had developed with CIPHRA’s resources.

Now it is present day; and he has decided to emerge from the shadows. Beginning to take action into his own hand, Jedan is ready to unveil his newest creation to the organization, a series of Mass-Produced Hakaider Androids that possess the same exact specifications that the original Hakaider has. To note, three of these Mass-Produced Hakaiders serve as Jedan’s rather un-needed but dangerous Bodyguards. Never having to require his original past, Jedan continues with his grand scheme of things—ready to show the world how dangerous he can truly be as he unveils the might of CIPHRA through his personal creations. The madman is ready to finally usurp power from Abrella Null if the chance ever shines bright enough for him to seize.

“Stop!” A pair of armed Officers had attempted to stop Jedan from leaving the lobby of a hotel—the lobby now trashed with broken pieces of the room and thrown furniture. Not only were that but on the ground the bodies of innocents both injured and dead. Jedan simply standing before the automatic door ready to leave, he appeared unamused as blood stained his attire now hearing the clicking of the Officers removing the safety on their guns. Jedan looked over his shoulder at the men with an expression that became stoic, “Are you planning on shooting me?”

“We will if we have too!”

“Tsk, you should honestly check with who you’re dealing with before you decide to play hero—you see?” Jedan grinned slowly, one Officer becoming intimidated. “S-shut up!” He fired his gun, a bullet flying for Jedan—only to be caught out of the air by him, further striking fear into the Officers. “I really detest having to dirty myself further in this form, but seeing as how I’m already covered in blood, a little more won’t hurt.” Jedan chuckled, flicking the bullet back—he hit one Officer in the knee, bringing him to the floor and yelling in pain as Jedan walked towards them.

“Stop! I’ll shoot more!”

“Go ahead! A bullet won’t hurt me much anyways even if it hits me!” Jedan barked, he kicked a nearby piece of a broken pot at the still-standing Officer, the shard digging into the Officer’s shoulder forcing him to scream out as he dropped his gun. Jedan gained a diabolical glint in his eyes as he walked over to the gun and picked it up off the ground, wrapping a finger around the trigger softly as he took aim on the fallen Officers.

“I told ‘ya should’ve checked with who you were dealing with before you wanted to play Hero.” He reminded them, “Now, sayonara.” He said as the sound of the gun being fired tired before Jedan ended the lives of the last resistance from him leaving. Now left with a sick feeling in his gut, Jedan proceeded to exit the lobby to find a long black limousine awaiting him outside with the logo of CIPHRA upon it. He made a bit of a sigh as he took a handkerchief to his face to wipe some blood away, making a bit of a stern expression now.

Overview: SILVER is the most violent of the three Custom Hakaiders. Possessing a satisfaction gained from testing how strong he is, he enjoys nothing more than pointless violence and expressing his strength on people and objects. He loves combat, and tries to push his E.A.I. to develop through the battles he fight, thinking that if he became “fully developed” he would be strong enough to destroy his older brother. The destruction of his older brother is his one true desire.

After emerging from the glow, he grasps the nearest object that has some length too it—which then glows and changes into his staff (similar to what Kuuga does for his weapons).

History

Years after the development of the original Hakaider Unit, the organization known as CIPHRA managed to finally fully acquire the data of the Destroyer Android itself long after the death of their temporary affiliate Gill Ishinomori. With resources put into developing the capability to mass-produce the android known as Hakaider, Jedan Youma headed the project and spent years applying his genius to perfecting the usage of this data. Although it took quite some time, Jedan would manage to complete “Project: Mass Destruction”—as it was dubbed—and created a line of Mass Produced Hakaider Units, the first three being custom fit with E.A.I. (Evolving Artificial Intelligence) Modules in their head cavities and customized to be better than the others. These three would become Jedan’s personal bodyguards as well as his “hounds” he would send on missions to test their capabilities to the fullest. Although these three are constantly learning, and thus evolving, they have inferiority complexes to their older brother—the original Hakaider—thus feel no satisfaction in what they do, not until they have destroyed their brother with their own hands.

“HAAA!” SILVER smashed his fist into the chest cavity of a Mechanical Inhumanoid; clenching its robotic heart—its generator core—in his fist as he tore it straight out from the Inhumanoid. Laughing a dark cybernetic laugh, looking up to see the Mechanical Inhumanoid screech out one last screech before it would fall backwards and explode. Shards of scrap flying past SILVER, the Hakaider Replicate only ignoring the flying debris as he turned away after crushing the core in its hand.

“No matter how strong I am, it never feels like its enough…” He mumbled under his breath as he dis-engaged his Hakaider form and appeared human again. Driving a hand through his hair, he made a disgusted face, “I’ll never be strong enough… Never truly strong… Until I’ve managed to tear his head from his body, and crush it!” He made a sick face as he thought about his strong desire to destroy the one he came from—the original Hakaider. “After that… My brothers and I can be considered “strong”!” He laughed, trembling a bit with a form of sadistic excitement.

Overview: RED is the most quiet of the three Custom Hakaiders that serve Jedan Youma, a complete opposite to SILVER whom is the loudest of the three. He is a developing sniper who prefers long-range combat and likes a silent kill. He has taken a fascination to shooter video games, although he would never use his time to play one—having constant orders from his creator, he still remains fascinated. He’s a bit timid in his human form in comparison to his two brothers, but regardless remains a killer who wishes to seek out and destroy the original Hakaider—as well as all enemies of his creator and CIPHRA.

History

Years after the development of the original Hakaider Unit, the organization known as CIPHRA managed to finally fully acquire the data of the Destroyer Android itself long after the death of their temporary affiliate Gill Ishinomori. With resources put into developing the capability to mass-produce the android known as Hakaider, Jedan Youma headed the project and spent years applying his genius to perfecting the usage of this data. Although it took quite some time, Jedan would manage to complete “Project: Mass Destruction”—as it was dubbed—and created a line of Mass Produced Hakaider Units, the first three being custom fit with E.A.I. (Evolving Artificial Intelligence) Modules in their head cavities and customized to be better than the others. These three would become Jedan’s personal bodyguards as well as his “hounds” he would send on missions to test their capabilities to the fullest. Although these three are constantly learning, and thus evolving, they have inferiority complexes to their older brother—the original Hakaider—thus feel no satisfaction in what they do, not until they have destroyed their brother with their own hands.

“Game start.” RED spoke softly as he was lying on his stomach, his Crossbow in his hands as he aimed outwards. He was scanning the streets below from the rooftop in which he laid, looking for his target. He had received an assignment from his creator to hunt down a specific officer whom was in town conducting an investigation on CIPHRA. RED knew that this officer was no real threat to the organization, not even a part of INTERPOL, but he knew this was one of many tests he had to pass to prove his worth to his creator.

Seeing an ideal chance, RED squeezed the trigger of his crossbow as he fired a bolt that soared through the sky—hitting the officer in the side of the head. The shot was an instant-kill which made RED chuckle almost childishly, “Headshot” he spoke softly as he begun to get onto his feet. He had killed the target with one shot, that’s all he had needed and that’s all it ended up taking. Proud of himself, he dis-engaged his Hakaider form as he pulled his red scarf over his mouth. “Time to go home…” he smiled beneath the scarf, turning to the staircase to go down from the rooftops. Although in the back of his mind, he knew the real target was his older brother—the original Hakaider—and it wouldn’t be until then that he would have the satisfaction of a true and perfect hunt.

Although more insane in a battle, he still retains a sane enough mind to produce strategies—as he remains the most calculative of the three Hakaiders.

“What’s wrong, you were talking such tough shit just a few moments ago!” BLUE cackled out, lashing his whip forward, he proceeded to lash at a suited man—making blood fly as he left bright red marks on his body, as the whip was strong enough to shred through his clothes. BLUE noticed how the victim seemed to not resist anymore, simply curl up and yell out in pain, finding dissatisfaction in this he increased the force of his attacks. Until finally, he ceased, leaving the man as a curled up sniveling ball, the Blue Hakaider had grown dissatisfied with this act.

“You’ve killed my buzz; I no longer want to torture you.” He stated, his eyes glew red as he looked down upon the man. Raising his foot, he stomped on the face of the man with enough force to crush his head, effectively killing him. “So just die.” He simply stated, turning away from the scene as he began to walk. As he walked, BLUE effectively dis-engaged his transformation returning to his human form. He shoved his hands deep into his pockets, as he glanced up at the sky. He wondered how many more days it would be until he had the chance to have a go at his real target, his older brother, the original Hakaider. As soon as he killed him, he would feel the ultimate satisfaction—a feeling of completion.
