Overview:
Liu is a proud and arrogant man believing that he is the strongest warrior that has existed. He believes that might make right and that the strongest warrior is the one that will always win the fight, therefore he will mercilessly destroy any of his enemies and complete his objective with relentless determination. Because of this he tends to work alone using his position in the Chinese government to cause destruction wherever he wants to.
However Liu is also a shrewd and cunning man at the same time even if he doesn’t display this. He is always thinking on ways he can cause destruction without the use of military might such as spies and saboteurs as well as using a vast intelligence network to gain information. He is a well skilled diplomat and can talk his way way out of anything most of the time.
Causing destruction is Liu’s specialty as he has a tendency to destroy anything he touches. He will even go as far as using the Chinese military to destroy a single person if he deems it necessary. Destroying a city is also his most favorite thing to do as the fear and destruction that comes from it is like a drug to him.

Finisher(s): Destwilder is summoned and turns into a motorcycle as Liu mounts him before charging towards the enemy. It then fires several missiles at the enemy before he rams it with a super charged tackle.

History
Liu was born into a military family where his entire life revolved around the military. His father was a captain in the PLA and he often talked and discussed with Liu about military strategies and tactics. This in turn made Liu obsessed with destruction as he often see it as artistic as well as beautiful, a sickness of the mind that would continue for all of his life.
Therefore it came to no surprise to anyone that Liu would join the military as soon as he was eligible. What did surprise everyone was the brutality he showed in achieving his objective, destroying anything and anyone that tries to interfere with it, although many would say that it was unnecessary and perhaps even evil Liu would say that only the strongest officer could rise through the ranks; this was then emphasized when he quickly rose through the ranks and became a Colonel.
It was when he became a Colonel for the PLA that he was approached by CIPHRA and offered a position in their organization to be ‘Liu’, a field agent, and that they would pull some strings in the Chinese government to get him into a black ops program that will give him free reign with what he does with the PLA, as long as he can justify what he does of course. With a way to cause destruction and chaos wherever he wanted Liu accepted as he was handed the Tiger deck.

Liu had a map spread out in front of him as he poured over the map trying to figure out how to best attack the village. It was a small village with no political, or military, association and it was not even noteworthy to be put on a map. That made it the perfect village for him to attack, however he was looking over the map because he wanted to cover all the escape points so that there was no chance that they could escape and reveal to anyone what he had done.
Of course he can easily ‘justify’ this little situation, he would just say that he believed that terrorists were hiding in this village planning to overthrow the government. It wasn’t that hard to spin a story, not with CIPHRA funding and strength behind him, he smiled with glee as he rolled up the map knowing that this would be a very good day.
“Colonel we’re ready to go,” a corporal reported.
“Good, very good, let’s get ready. Order all the men to kill everyone in the village,” Liu said gruffly as the soldier nodded.
