Recently the Data Avatars have taken over a military base on an island near Japan, over it is a giant carrier called Cloud Runner. Inside are the GoBuster awaiting orders from Interpol. The pilot and owner of the Carrier says he's only there to drop them off an pick them up when their mission is over. Little do they know he's one of Interpols most deadly weapons against the Avatars.
