Koyomi slowed down when she got away from his house, not looking back. She'd need to go back later for her things, if she was going to leave.
Why did he do that? Because she was there? Was that how she was supposed to 'pay' for her time there? And if that was the intention, what would happen as time went on?
For now she just kept walking, until a man spoke to her.
"You're running from something," she turned to look at him, feeling his magical presence, "I can protect you."

The hooded long-coat clad man arrived on the scene soon after, the Ring hidden from view. Noticing the newcomer there, his lips moved in the form of a scowl.

"Another magician?" Eisuke questioned, keeping himself positioned between him and Koyomi, "My lady, allow me to deal with your problem," he spoke softly to her, "She's gone! You should leave her be!" he called to Kai.

"Leave her out of it." Kai replies simply. "I have done nothing to harm her, and only came after to make sure nothing happened to her. I don't trust you, nor your smooth tongue."

He lifted his hand, showing his ring, "I will defend her," he told Kai.
Koyomi didn't get herself involved. Maybe this man was someone she could trust. Her mind went back to if her kiss was a payment, and as such wondered if this man was better.

"Consider carefully what you are about to face." Kai gave, lifting his own hand, showing the One Ring. Testing the other man's knowledge in a way. "You have two options. Move, or be moved."

"A rarity then." Kai gave, shrugging off his coat, glaring with his heterochromatic eyes. Turning his gaze to Koyomi, he spoke. "You owe me nothing, what happened was not any sort of payment. It was my weakness. I hold no ill-will toward you. But.....the same cannot be said for him. Henshin!" he gives in one quick motion, holding up the One Ring as it glowed, and then passing it over the Wraith Driver, a gold power seal appeared over his head.
Then it scrolled down over him, giving him his initial form of Kamen Rider Wraith.

She didn't say anything to him.
Eisuke activated his Driver and put his ring over it, "Henshin," he said, casting his arm upwards, wind blowing around him and building up his suit from the ground up. He cast his arm out to the side, letting the wind blow away as he stood as the master of wind magic.

Wraith looked on. "Impressive. That explains your confidence." he gave simply, stalking forward towards the master of wind magic, without fear.

He walked towards Kai, silent. Hands hanging at his sides, he made no move to use rings.

Wraith was content with the unarmed fight for now, throwing the first kick towards his middle guard.

He moved very swiftly, twisting his body and throwing out a kick to clash with Kai's, keeping his green ring facing away from Kai.

Wraith angled his kick to kick back into the back of Hurricane's leg, hard. Then he spun away, on his guard again.

Eisuke used his magic to slightly propel himself up, backflipping away from the contact to avoid taking a wound.
