Perhaps a police report for missing persons might tell Koyomi something, but she didn't want to start there. She didn't want to just go and look, because she was afraid that she might find nothing. That nobody had filed anything, that nobody cared about her missing.
As she walked down a street something hit her. A flash of something, a premonition. What she saw was the attack of something, right here. She didn't know how long, but there was indeed something going to happen within a few days, if not sooner.

She looked at him, not answering him. She just looked at him for a few moments and stepped towards him, putting her hand to his heart.
"Your heart is racing faster; you're attracted."

He handed her a red rose, "My name is Hikaru Sasaki. It's a pleasure to make your acquittance."

Hikaru realizing he wasn't really getting anywhere with this girl decided to keep on the attack instead of retreating with the rest of his dignity intact.
"I told you my name," he said stepping closer, "So it's only polite that you tell me yours."
