Selena was sitting around at the Godspeed base of operations, drinking wine after her dinner had finished. She needed something to do, and she wasn't getting anywhere.

A distress signal from Michelle's morpher would show up on the screen. These came in so often, Michelle had literally needed to set the computer so it wouldn't think she was spamming.

Ryan heard it as he was walking around, "And that is?"
Selena was already going though, "Michelle."
"I'm coming!" he said almost immediately, but Selena shook her head.
"Stay."
She headed out as quickly as possible, leaving Ryan behind, complaining.

"Let me go!" Michelle yelled as the monster, a large humanoid seemingly made of stone, carried her deeper into the cave, a few miles from the Godspeed base. They emerged into a huge, cavernous room with lots of stalagmites, almost looking like a forest of stone.
"You loud." The monster grunted. "No make noise, or Lago get mad."
"What happens if you get mad, tough guy?" Michelle asked.
"Bad things." Lago responded simply. He placed her in a small alcove, and rolled a boulder over the entrance to the alcove, trapping Michelle in darkness.

Selena followed the information as it came to her phone, heading out Morphed to cover the ground faster. When she saw the cave ahead she headed to it as quickly as possible, but wary of anything that might be around.

The cave was mostly dark, and devoid of any life.
Michelle pounded against the boulder, shouting, "Let me out, you jerk!" She stopped when she heard a slight scuttling noise behind her.

Selena was not yet far enough in the cave for Michelle to hear her, compounded with the soundproofing qualities of the boulder trapping her in, but she was getting close to the large chamber. However, Michelle was more worried about the scuttling noise she had just heard.
"Who's there?" Michelle asked. No response.

She kept moving, following the signal she was getting on her phone. She utilized her HUD to see in the dark, looking around as she walked. Nothing yet.

A click, like a pebble dropping, echoed through the cave. In the dark, one might hear a slight sound of pounding, as if a creature with heavy feet were slowly walking.
Michelle walked toward what she perceived to be the back of the alcove, but ran slap-bang into something... sticky. She pulled off with some difficulty.
"God I hate the dark." She remarked, before hearing the noise again and turning around.

There was another path branching off from where Selena was, leading to the larger chamber. The sound came louder from that way.
Michelle looked about. Suddenly, something pushed her, and she ran into the sticky thing from just a moment ago. However, it seemed to be even stickier, as she found herself unable to get free. She felt more of the sticky begin to be wound around her feet, and struggled that much harder.

The stuff was now being wound around her knees.
"Oh god. It had to be spiders." Michelle muttered. Nothing else worked like this. At least she had sent out that distress signal a while back. She had an all-but-guaranteed rescue.
