Ryoga stared down at his own hands, as if perplexed by their sudden appearance on his body. "So... I'm a helpless cause..." Ryoga said, collapsing on his knees. "So if I run out of mana..." Suddenly, his mind raced through the possibilities. Other mages had the advantage of getting their mana through other sources, but what happened if he ever ran out of mana. "Y-you mean... Wait... What if Pegasus Cross gets hungry?! WHAT IF HE DECIDES TO EAT ME?! WHAT IF I CAN'T ABSORB SOMEONE ELSE'S MANA IN TIME?! ANSWER ME!"

Ryoga was silent for a moment before letting out a large roar that lasted for quite a while. Afterwards, his throat was sore, and tears were slowly flowing from his eyes. "I don't know... What to do..." he said through cracking vocal cords, the tears on his face hitting the ground. "I would do anything for an answer right now... A solution... I don't want to lose Pegasus Cross... But I don't want to die..."
