Ryoga had gotten the day off from work, prompting him to do what he always did on his days off. He sat in the park, on a bench near some trees, and breathed. He took out some of the new rings he had made. Because the metal was so fresh, they easily sparkled in the Sun. He examined them, trying to figure out what they would do.

A suited man approached the mage. There were a few other men farther off; backup, if need be.
Kizaki didn't think they would be needed. He was sure he could just have a conversation with this mage. This ring maker. He needed information from this man, on rings. The White Wizard who was his contact didn't give him such information, but a maker might.

Ryoga's eyes were slowly peeled from the rings as the man in the suit approached. He looked at the man, then back at the rings, then at the man again. "You approaching me like this... Looking like you know something..." Ryoga said, putting the rings into his pocket as he stood up. "Get lost! OOGABOOGA!" Ryoga cried out, flapping his arms like a bird's wings. "Hey! Whatd'you want?!" he asked, adjusting his hat.

"I have an interest in those rings," he said simply, leading with that.

"Well, that's blunt and to the point... The only people who have been interested in these rings have been Phantoms in my experience," Ryoga said as he took out another ring, this one being a black one that looked like a hand with a missing middle finger. He put the ring on his finger and stared the man dead in the eye. "Whatd'you want?" he asked again, putting his ring-equipped hand to his waist.
The Pegasus Driver called out "Driver On! Ready?!" as a belt buckle that resembled his ring appeared and wrapped itself around Ryoga's waist.
"Start talking."

He looked at the Driver, "That's different from the Hand Authors I've seen," he said, "From the one the White mage has."
He planned on using the imagery of that other mage to get somewhere.

"White mage...?" These words caught Ryoga's attention as he picked up his hand. "Y-you mean there are other magic users like me?! Other people with a Phantom partner?!" Ryoga immediately asked. "Tell me more!"

Ryoga quickly fumbled around his pockets, looking for something. "I don't know what you want!" he declared, accidentally slipping on his Horn Ring. "Oy, this isn't fair! I need to know more about what I am!"

"The question is, what are YOU talking about!" Ryoga stressed, taking his hands out of his pockets. "You said there are other mages! I need to know what you mean! Tell me what you want! Give me a price!"

"Yeah, I'm a ring maker. I'm nothing compared to my sensei, but I'm a ring maker. As for my rings... You'll have to ask Pegasus Cross about these. I can only make them with his guidance," Ryoga explained, taking off the rings on his fingers as his Driver disappeared.

"You got a facility then? Because I can't go to the shop unless I'm at work or making a magic ring," Ryoga said as he looked around and put his hands in his pockets again. He shuffled his feet a little and walked toward the man, sticking out one of his hands. "Ryoga."
