Ryoga sat in a small cave, sitting on a folding chair and chipping away at a wall. He had been instructed to find more materials, diamonds and stones, in order for the shop to make more rings. That was on the back of his mind, however. Pegasus Cross was getting hungry, it had been a while since Ryoga had absorbed a Phantom's mana. Times were tough.

BOOM! Outside of the cave was a massive fireball erupting to the ground. It was then followed by a man screaming.

Ryoga sighed, getting up from his chair as he looked at the entrance of the cave. "Such a pain in the..." he murmured before sitting back down in the chair. He got up again. And then sat down again. And then up again. And then down again. (Perverts) Finally, his conscience got the better of him, he took off his hat, scratched his head, put his hat back on, got up and walked to the entrance of the cave.

A Dragon Phantom was holding a man by the neck. He was supported what appeared to be a dozen ghouls.
The Dragon demanded, "Now, what will make you fall to despair?"
"P-please!" the man begged. "D-don't kill me! I'll give you anything!"

Ryoga's eyes has damn near popped out of his head. Right there, in front of his face, the answer to his prayers. A Phantom. Ryoga calmly walked toward the Phantom, putting two rings on his fingers. He moved his hand to his waist, prompting a voice to declare "Driver On! Ready?!" Immediately afterwards, the same voice called out "Horn! Pointy!"
Three circles appeared under Ryoga as a pentagram began to connect itself from within the circles. The circles rose up, and soon enough Ryoga was covered in a brilliant white armor with a horn on his helmet. "Excuse me, Mr. Phantom? Won't you surrender your mana to me?" Ryoga asked through an echoed voice.

The Dragon Phantom looked up and then at the source; which was coming from...a mage. "Hmm?"
He tossed the Gate human away and ordered the Ghouls. "Take care of him." And then he walked up to confront the mage, demanding. "Who are you?"

"Oh! Oh! This is the part where I say something witty, right? Like, just a passing through mage, remember that! Or, or! Um! I'm here to take mana and chew bubblegum! And I'm almost all out of mana and I hate bubblegum!" Ryoga ranted, putting on a new ring. "However, I'll just be short, sweet, and to the point. I'm here for your mana. My name is Pegasus." With that, he allowed the Pegasus Driver scan the new ring.
"Gallatin! Shiny!" the Pegasus Driver declared as the mythical black demon slaying sword fell from the sky, aiming for the Dragon Phantom's body.

Dragon summoned his WizarBlade and slammed it at the attack, cancelling it out. "Hmm, another mahoutsukai? So another mage using the power of a phantom sealed within?"
A cracked WizarDriver appeared on his waist. "In that case, I'll fight fire with fire."

Ryoga grabbed Gallatin as it was flung into the air from the parry. He held it in a knife-like stance and charged for the Dragon Phantom. "I'm gonna have to kill you before you get that far!" he declared, swinging Gallatin at the driver.

"Woah there!" Dragon warned, parrying again though it resulted his arm taking an awkward position. "For a mage, you aim low!"

"I'm just trying to feed the beast!" Ryoga called as he lifted Gallatin again and swung for Dragon's arm. At the same time, his free hand would reach and grab for his Absorb Ring. "I'll be taking that mana!"

"Beast?" Dragon asked before growling and speaking, not at Ryoga, but to his inner phantom. "Hey you, inner phantom, just what the hell are you doing, helping your gate?!"
He placed a red ring on his hand.

"Sorry, but Pegasus Cross is pretty preoccupied right now!" Ryoga said, quickly swiping the Absorb ring.
"Absorb! Let's be together forever!" the Pegasus Driver declared as Ryoga's hand began to glow white. He reached his hand over to Dragon's head, trying to grab it and steal the Phantom's mana.

"Shit!" Dragon cursed. Once he touched him, he could feel his mana starting to fade away from his body and to the mage. "Pegasus, was it, stop being a lazy bastard and break out of him already! You dare let down Wiseman?!"
With that, he scanned his ring and it announced. 'FLAME DRAGON, BOU BOU BOU BOU BOU!' Red flames formed around him and he transformed into Draco-Wizard.

Ryoga jumped back, feeling the rush of fresh mana in his body. "This is amazing!" he said, flexing his muscles for a moment. He then pointed his head at Draco-Wizard and laughed. "Open fire! Meteor Horn!" The horn on his head detached and launched itself at Draco-Wizard, accompanied by two more.
